Reciepe book is lacking. Used reciepes- took longer to cook. Had to turn over several times to cook chichen, fish sticks, chicken nuggets and patatoes both frys ansd chips. Over rated as to what it can do. Air toaster oven is better and quicker. Done waste your money on this item.

Do not buy this model! After only 4 months of use the buttons to increase and decrease time and temperature collapsed inside the housing and stuck so you could not use them. Go with the newer model with digital buttons.
