I received my pot and was so happy. I tried all of the preset buttons and everything was great. The I tried the manual button and it does not work at all. You can only return this item to the store within 30 days. What a pain.

It works so well. My chilli was cooked in a short period of time and tasted go good. I will be using my cooker often.

I give 4 stars due to the control for minutes does not allow you to manually set for more than 50 mins or less than 12 mins. To set manually, you must select from the preset buttons and add(+) or subtract (-) minutes. So for over 50 mins...you would go the 50 and then add the additional mins(device will need less time to get back to pressure since it is hot.) To cook less than 12 mins. you just have to watch the time and hit cancel. Overall, it cooks accurately, seals well, cleans up easily. I am impressed with it's power cord...has 3 prong grounded plug. Manual says the plug detaches but I could not remove it and I'm fine with that. It has fairly well written manual. Not a heavy pot which is good for smaller or weaker person moving it. The inner pot is stainless steel.
