AeroPress (A80) Coffee and Espresso Maker Reviews

I have used several different coffee makers over the years, and absolutely LOVE this one. It is quick and efficient, and cleanup is unbelievably fast and neat. The quality of your cup of coffee will depend on what you start with (I like to grind my whole beans just before brewing) but the AeroPress seems to optimize the flavor of whatever coffee you use. It is small enough to take along on trips, or even camping. I highly recommend this product.

Easy to use, produces drinkable coffee fast and easy clean-up! I'm used to a french press, which takes at least five minutes and messy to clean. The Aeropress takes less than two minutes and cleans so fast, your coffee is still piping hot after you rinse the unit and put it away. (Do clean it before you enjoy your coffee. This helps preserve the piston seal and the life of the unit.) I just hope the replacement filters don't cost a fortune!

It does make a great tasting cup of coffee. Tricky part is trying to get a large cup of coffee out of it. If you follow instructions that come with it you only get about an 8 ounce cup. I also bought a regular French press but the taste wasn't as good as aeropress. Keeping the aeropress and working on getting a large cup out of it

When done correctly this little gem brews a cup that rivals that of the Clover machine installed in many of the Starbucks now. Great little inventions FIVE thumbs up!!!

I find the coffee made with this to be almost as good as with a french press but the aeropress is a bit faster to use and easy to clean.

Makes one cup of incredibly great coffee! Top that with frothed cream and it can't be beat! I purchased a second one for a unique graduation gift for a college student who loves coffee.

I love strong, black coffee. The Aeropress makes coffee as good as any $150 Keurig coffee machine. (In fact, I boxed up my Keurig and put it away to gain more counter space.) The Aeropress is also much cheaper to use since you're not buying expensive plastic pods of coffee from Keurig. Making coffee is simple: Add one scoop of your favorite ground coffee into the chamber. Fill the chamber with water slightly below the boiling point (about 180 degrees). Wait about 2 or 3 minutes for the flavor to develop. Push, or plunge, the coffee into a mug. Add more hot water to adjust it to your favorite strength. It's simple and make a perfect cup of coffee every time.

I wanted a coffee maker. That would be able, to deliver the best cup of : Espresso or American Espresso coffee. I had ever drank. After months of research online. I ordered the : Aerobie 82R08 Aeropress Coffee Maker. From Walmart.com. The makers of the Aerobie 82R08 Aeropress, suggest a fine grind for its espresso. From the finished brew. I found that : I get a silker mouthfeel. It will deliver a robust, bold, smooth, rich flavored coffee. Completely - without any trace of bitterness or harshness. Which sometimes can be, attributed to espresso coffee. Also, there is "NO Sediment" left at the bottom of the cup. The coffee result, seems to be pure and totally residue free. I attribute all of this to the micro coffee filter. The best cup of espresso, or American expresso I have ever encountered. Cleanup is a breeze, a few seconds. To pop out the used grounds and rinse off. In addition, it is dishwasher safe. To aid and assist me in making, this outstanding cup of coffee. I ordered from Walmart.com. The Aroma 1.0 L Electric Kettle. (4cup) to boil the water. Also a BonJour Coffee and Tea Mini Milk Frother. (see my review) - Now, go and enjoy, one delicious cup of coffee.

This is the second one I have purchased. The first is kept at work, this one for home. I'm not a coffee connoisseur by any means, but I think this maker produces a much better tasting cup of coffee. It isn't bitter and doesn't seem to have as much acid as with drip makers. When I had my previous drip maker, I could only drink coffee a couple times a week. With this maker, I'm back to having a cup every day. Yeah! Cleanup is super simple too. Just unscrew the part at the bottom, push the press part as far as it will go while holding it over a trash can, and the coffee grounds are pushed out the bottom. I give the bottom of the press a quick wipe to remove the few remaining grounds, give it a quick rinse and it's done. Couldn't be any simpler. I have recommended this coffee maker to every coffee drinker I know and will continue recommending this gem. As a side note, this less expensive version only comes with what is displayed and not with the bag as the title states. For me it was no big deal since this is for home use. I do have the one with the bag for work and it fits all of the pieces displayed. The bag does make it quite convenient for storage and well worth the few dollars extra on the version where it is included.
