I've had this kegerator since May of this year and it has made living with the pandemic a heck of lot better. We go through a German 50l keg every couple of weeks and I no longer miss going out to bars any more especially knowing I have better beer at home. Assembly was quite easy as I had already watched several of the YouTube videos before receiving it and knew what to do once I got it. I had originally planned to do a full size refrigerator conversion but after looking further into that I noticed that there really wasn't adequate space to put a full size keg in our refrigerator because after taking out the crispers there was not enough room on the bottom to fit. So this is what I settled on. I did replace the regulator with a 2 gauge version and eventually got a 20 lb c02 tank and both are well worth the addition. The unit I received came with a 90 degree tailpiece on the coupler connection side so I have no problem connecting to a German *A* system coupler as it just barely fits in the kegerator. It definitely gets cold enough for beer and one thing I did learn that it's good to defrost if ice builds up on the chilling plate because the performance is much better and it gets much colder when the ice is gone. Make sure to defrost according to the instructions. Another thing is from day one I installed a Perlick flow control faucet and it's made pouring very easy and I'm able to get my desired German type head just like in the Munich beer halls. Cleaning it is easy especially after purchasing a cleaning can and after each keg it takes me about 20 minutes to thoroughly wash out the beer line, well worth the time to make the beer taste as good as can be. Now I know why the beer usually tastes lousy in the dives as many of them don't clean lines at all or not often enough. I'm glad I bought this when I did because kegerators have steadily kept going up in price. To me money well spent.

I really like this kegerator. Assembly was minimal, it comes with a CO2 canister mount, regulator, tower & dispenser. It’s only a single dispenser, and if I had it to do over I’d get a double, but i set it up for Corny kegs and quick attach connectors. There’s room for 3 x 5 gallon kegs in there, OR 4x 2.5 gallons by rearranging shelves. I’ve had 3x 2.5 gallons kegs on the metal shelf no problem. I can’t connect the keg under the shelf because the Corny quick mounts have angled connections for the hoses, and the door is tight. I end up using the under keg area for bottled and canned beer.
The temp control is great, it holds beer down to about 38F pretty easily.
The dispenser is pretty simple, and basic, but works just fine. The unit has a pretty small floor footprint, but keep in mind the CO2 tank mount is external and on the back of the ‘rator.
Kegging and force carbonating is a great time and effort saver
I would definitely buy this again if I was looking for a single tower model, but I would prefer a 2nd dispenser if I were to do it again.

I've had my kegerator for 3 years and 1 month and it has stopped working. I replaced the relay where it worked for a couple of days, but now it's stopped working all together. I think it's the compressor. Super disappointing. Expected to get many more years of use out of it.

We have put 5 kegs through this unit, 3x1/6, 1x1/4, and today a full 1/2. It will get so Cold the last couple beers can freeze in the bottom of your keg. Extremely easy to assemble, clean, use and has been so much fun for our backyard hangouts. Fill growlers and take them with you to cookouts or on trips. Ibdon have some drops street pours. Even at 10 psi but assume this is normal as we can lean and maintain this as required. Photo is full size keg.

This was my first kegerator; and from a functionality standpoint id say its a success so far. As stated in some other reviews; each different type of beer requires different care; different co2 pressures and different pouring methods etc. so do some research before you get frustrated. Ive had this seven months and im very pleased thus far. I added a digital/bluetooth temperature controller so it stays steady at 39-40 degrees and i also have alarms wired to my cellphone via bluetooth to constantly monitor. Definitely a must have for an item like this!

I finally bought one. I have two pony kegs in it and it is sitting at 36 degrees on full blast. Not terrible but not amazing. Arrived with a smallish dent in the side panel. Foams a bit and the PSI is set at 9-13 for a IPA. Co2 canister aint terrible but i feel like i hear it leak sometimes. I have only had it for two weeks. I will update

Keeps beer super cold. At the coldest setting it will freeze beer in the line so keep it 1 notch below the coldest setting and enjoy draft beer better than any bar.

Recently graduated and am not used to having money so obviously I had to spend it on something celebratory and so far everything has worked fantastically. As long as you follow the instructions you should be fine. I googled a few things here and there regarding the PSI and other helpful tips, but it's went pretty smooth! I was worried this unit would turn out with issues. I must say the price was good. It was delivered within a week. The boxing was very good (double boxed) went together well. 1/2 keg fits and dispenses nice cold beer once you get the pressure right. I go with about 5 psi. The only criticism I have is the regulator feels a bit cheap. It works ok though. So far so good. Love the fact that now I just go and fill a mug anytime. Hope it lasts.

So this is a great deal and the kegerator works great! However both of the kegerator I have seen have had marks on the inside and the last one I ordered had both racks jammed into one area causing one of the racks to break. Other than that this is a great kegerator! Fast shipping!

Several important parts were not shipped with the item. (Check valve, washer for the C02 line that connects to the tap). Then the barbed nut was cracked so we lost all of our C02. Now the tap is leaking beer from the top.
Also, their assembly video is so old. Many of the instructions include parts that you don’t have or they don’t talk about parts that you do have. It’s very confusing.
I had to call the manufacturer and have them send the correct parts to finish assembly. But God help you if you call on a Saturday or after 1pm on the left coast cause they are only available M-F 9-4pm.

We have had to replace 5 Co2 tanks since was installed in a 2 week period. It will not hold the Co2. I have left 2 messages and still no response from Edge Star. Very, very fruatrating.

The overall impression of the Kegerator suited my needs. However, I just received it on 4/28/2020. The shipping carton was upside down and opened. The internal carton had no damaged to it. I let it sit for 24 hrs not plugged in and assembled all the parts as indicated in the instructions. On 4/30/2020, I installed the 5lb CO2 tank and the keg. After the unit was plugged in for 48 hrs - it never got the temperature cold. I had it set on the coldest ( 6) - highest temperature - that it can go to. In fact, it was blowing out hot air. It seems that the feron was missing.
I was getting very frustrating with this and decided it was not worth the aggravation. I lost the money on filling the Co2 Tank and the cost of the beer. Now I have wasted my money with this item when I was expecting to be enjoying my beer and saving money.

I’ve had this for almost a week now, and I am very happy with my purchase. Assembly was not difficult, just follow the included directions. I’ve had no co2 leaks or temp control problems. This pours a consistent glass of beer. There were a few scratches and dings from shipping and packaging, but nothing effecting functionality. Very satisfied with purchase, and would recommend to a friend.

Bought this based on other reviews and the price point it was at about a month ago. Ill start with you can fit two 1/6 kegs and the co2 bottle inside. I was on edge about it if it would fit inside or not and it does. This is obviously not a comercial one so I bought a computer fan to cool and circulate better and also the coldtower fan which keeps the tower cold cause this wont on its own, you can find it on ebay or amazon. The regulator it comes with sucks but its useable. Overall its a great buy. Oh do yourself a favor and get the perlick 630ss faucets.

Working Great! Its so quiet. Cant hear it running. Do plan to run it for a few hours prior to using it to get the fridge cold. Simple to put together however the instructions are bad. It does come with extra parts for future use or needs. Dont confuse those with what you need to Assemble. And dont forget the two washers in the parts for the front wheels. I put mine together without them and seems fine. When the keg is empty ill probably put them on then.

On the third keg the seal that seals the head to the keg. Leaks all over inside so muck it runs out of door seal and onto the floor.. Now have to figure out where to purchase a new seal.. smh!!

This is a good budget kegerator. Even with the 4 year protection plan it comes in cheaper than a comparable model of another brand like Danby, Edgestar, or Kegco. My chief complaints are with the regulator that is included. It leaves a little to be desired. The shut off valve on the output does not work so you have to actually turn the regulator fully off the stop gas flow so expect to upgrade to a better regulator. I got a CO2PO from NB and it's much better quality. Also the beer lines are a little too short at 5' so I'm replacing them with 10' lines to avoid foaming issues.
Unlike other reviewers however, I was able to fit the CO2 tank and 2 ball lock kegs inside the kegerator rather than mounting the CO2 tank on the provided rear mount. This allowed me to place the kegerator flush with the wall.
I also had an issue with handling of the product. When I opened it, it appeared to have been handled roughly either during transit or at the warehouse because the included wire shelves were bent as if the box inside had crashed against them. Also the little plastic stand-offs that go on the feet of the top railing were broken and 1 was missing.

I treat myself to buying this kegerator for Christmas. Look like a pretty good deal. Size is moderate, but will not take a full 15.5 gallon keg. Smaller 13.2 kegs no problem. Hardware blew 2nd time I changed it. Had to go back to my industrial hardware from my old kegerator. Fridge works great!

Initially, when this unit arrived, everything looked great, assembly is easy and straight forward, but there were a few issues. First, after assembly, it did not work. Supplied power, nothing. I contacted customer support, on Saturday when I first found the problem, and they contacted me on the following Monday, which is what I expected. They gave me some troubleshooting steps, which were simple, and required little knowledge, so most people will have no problem. After checking and reseating some connectors, the unit started running, and seems to be doing ok.
Now the part that I'm not happy with. The unit is supplied with a 10 lb CO2 bottle, which must be filled before use, but VERY few companies will refill a 10 lb bottle on demand, and prefer to swap for a standard 10 lb bottle. This is great, but a standard bottle will not fit either inside the unit, nor will it fit in the cradle that is supplied with the unit. I had to set the bottle on the floor behind the cooler, and will have to carry it separately when relocating from one place to another. The measurements on a standard 10 lb CO2 bottle are readily available, and there is NO excuse for the CO2 bottle mount to not fit a standard CO2 bottle. Otherwise, it seems to be functioning ok for now, and I will update this review as I use the unit.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. We both love beer and this has changed the game. The coldest, freshest, smoothest most tasty beer I’ve ever had. We have a little bar in town that doesn’t serve draft. If you are thinking about buying this kegerator, do it. Our local feed co-op refills our co2 tank for $5. You have to tweek the pressure when you first tap it. I love this friggin thing.

Great product for the money. Only thing that would make it 5 stars is an internal cooling fan. I spent $15 on amazon (weird I know) for a small usb fan and made the whole project spectacular. On the coldest setting I could only get the internal temp to 40 degrees. With the fan added the temp is perfect at 30 degrees (Possible to get it lower than that...I may have frozen the lines at higher fan speeds and lowest temp setting). Overall very happy for the price. I’d buy it again or as a gift if that says anything.

Kegerator sounded like a good idea. It arrived and we assembled it and added our keg and borrowed a c02 tank because there was nobody near to fill it. So fast forward a few months, I take the provided tank to be filled and they denied me. There is a warning label on the unit that the valve contains something toxic. I went to the next gas place with the label removed and I was denied again. I had to buy a tank for $119 so I could give back the borrowed tank. Maybe your area is different but here in MI, I was denied filling the provided tank.

I bought this for an enclosed space measured at 22.5" x 22.5". I was excited to buy this because the product description says 20-3/16" W x 20-1/16" D. The width is right, but it is actually 25" in depth which is very disappointing because I wont be able to fit it properly where I want it to go.
The shipping was terrible: The box with the components was loosely inside the fridge and it scratched the insides, and also bent the white shelving rendering them useless.
I might have gotten a different model than what is advertised as the EdgeStar logo is in a different position than the product picture.
I paid too much for this hassle.
Learn from my mistake, don't buy this.

This thing is awesome, great price, and works great. My buddy has a different brand kegerator with the CO2 tank inside. After having seen both this one with the CO2 tank on the outside provides much more space inside. I would definitely recommend this system and look forward to converting one of the taps to nitrogen.

This is probably one of my favorite Amazon buys ever! Fresh, super cold, right-from-the-tap beer anytime I want it! I was a little sloppy tapping my first keg, and it leaked a bit, but the instructions are so clear and easy to follow that was totally on me. All the parts included are very well constructed, it was super easy to assemble, and I was drinking beer the very next day (had to get the Co2 tank filled!) I was able to find a fire extinguisher company to fill my Co2. Paintball places are also a good place to look. It's so awesome coming home to a freezing cold tapped beer. Love it!
update: still loving this after my first 1/2 keg dcown. the kegs fit sao well inside, whether 1/2 wor 2 1/6ths.. just as advertmised. it keeps everything so frosty cold. after mmy first micstake with the co2, pi now hwave that sorgted out and am ready to hook up my 2nd 1/2 keg. this ims great! ki lsove my new toy! only 1 duhi xso far

Could not find a direct phone number to call the company so had to send an email. Connected everything kegerator worked great the first day the next day co2 canister empty. Instructions do not say to test for CO2 leaks which they should since it is hard to believe a canister would empty all co2 in less than a day.

The kegerator works great. The only issue we had was during set up we were having trouble getting the line tight enough to the keg, there was some beer bumbling up. A couple google searches I found that sometimes the plastic washer that is included with kegerators are made in China and not as high quality. We eventually got it tight enough with no leaking.

My first kegerator. Compared to how much more you can pay for a unit like this - the EdgeStar is good value for the money. One slight issue is the metal wire "fence" that runs around the top - Is not perfectly aligned with the holes for the posts. Also, it seemed to be missing a nylon washer for the regulator (50 cents at the home brew shop) - but otherwise it seems solid. Put together very easily and does hold a half barrel nicely. I'm on my third keg with it now and no problems so far. I hope the fridge holds up - maybe life-span is responsible for the range of prices.

Great kegerator! You do have to order a longer 10’ beer line and tap fittings for that one end of the beer line. This is because the stock fittings are permanently fitted to the 5’ line. The faucet end just needs a hose clamp. I was super pumped to have the setup but then felt like a failure when the beer came out like a foam rocket. Order the line and tap end fittings at the same time you order the kegerator. You swap it out and set up in the same hour. Use a sharp razor blade to cut the stock line from the faucet end...... that nipple end can be broken if you try to muscle it. Set the regular to 11 psi and let the keg settle from movement and get cold. You are ready to go. Please don’t think a 5’ line is good enough! I have mine at 9’ but 10 would be perfect. Get a 10’ for like $12 and some come with the tap fitting already.

The advertisement for this product says it will hold all size kegs. However, when it arrived, the owner manual said some Coors and Millers kegs will not fit. The door opens very wide so there is no accommodation for lining of the door. The keg we used is 1/2 barrel. The opening is a little larger than 16 inches wide and 27 inches tall.

1. The cO2 canister that comes with the product is not filled with cO2. It's empty because I'm sure you can't mail pressurized gas canisters. Make sure you find a company that sells c02 if you plan to have it ready for a date. Go there and have it filled up or else your Keg WON'T WoRK. In fact, buy a second canister as backup. If this is your first kegerator then you will waste your first canister of CO2 in one night trying to figure it out.
2. There are TWO types of taps: Foreign or Domestic. If you get a foreign beer, like Heineken, you will need to buy a tap for foreign (Imported beer). This unit comes with a DOMESTIC tap. Order a "European Keg Coupler" if you want to enjoy import brands.
3. Make sure you watch the pressure. This is not set it and forget it. You will have to check, after initial setup, on the keg every couple of hours to tweak the pressure just right. Fortunately, if you bring a glass, that's not such a bad chore. But don't plan on driving anywhere that day.
This is by far a great bucket list item for a guy if they don't already have one. It's so much fun, the beer tastes so much better and... no more embarrassing beer bottles filling the recycling bin on the curb! Great purchase. Definitely a "why didn't I do this 10 years ago?" type of thing.

My previous kegerator died over Memorial Day weekend. Shipping of this kegerator was quick and easy. The product came well packaged with no damage. Assembly was easy and I had it up and running shortly after arrival. I am at the 7 day mark of ownership and it is holding temperature and the beer is cold.

Easy to use, fully self contained, I have used 1/6, 1/4, and 1/2 barrels, all fit great. Beer stays fresh to the very last drop.

This unit functions fine but the location of the CO2 tank is terrible. You have to mount it to the back of the unit where you can't see the gauge, but more importantly, the tank pushes it out from the wall another 6 to 8 inches. I tried running a longer hose but there was not enough pressure when I added an additional 3 feet to the length. Again the unit functions well I'm just not happy with the tank placement and I don't feel anyone would who wants it flush against the bar/wall.

Great product, especially for the price. Make sure you put one of the O-rings on the beer line, between the line and the tap or it will leak.

Works great as advertised only one lil concern please add to item description that for European beer kegs u need different coupler . I got keg a Heineken it took me a little bit to figure that I need to buy European style coupler. Other than that great product and really quiet

I bought this kegerator for my boyfriend for Christmas and he absolutely loves it.
Bought it with Prime and it came in 2 days. Packaging was fine. No dents. One of the removable shelves was bent but was not a concern because we plan on using 1/2 barrel kegs mostly so both shelves would need to be removed anyway.
Did not give it 5 stars because of the directions! They are not clear! I would recommend watching as many YouTube videos you can about the assembly. Some parts are not as described as others have reviewed on here like the color of the CO2 tubing. Had an issue when we tapped the first keg, had the wrong washer for the beer line to coupler connection. Also, Do not remove the duck bill from the CO2 line input! After we figured those out we had no issues. No problems with exchanging the CO2 tank at a local welding supply shop.
Overall, the kegerator has been great! We are on our 2nd 1/2 barrel keg of Miller Lite. Friends enjoy coming over to use it. Biggest concern when purchasing was if it would fit MillerCoors 1/2 barrel kegs. Ask your distributor if their MillerCoors kegs are standard 1/2 barrel and not the oversized rubberized ones. We have not had an issue yet. Would highly recommend this product for a first time kegerator users!

I was very skeptical about buying a kegerator. Reviews from other kegerators of not getting cold enough and foamy beer to leaking CO2 tanks were endless. I came across this kegerator and read the reviews and I ended up purchasing it. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. The kegerator arrived double boxed and floating on foam. It was very easy to assemble and to hook up everything. After getting my keg loaded (Shiner Bock) and hooked up I waited for 24 hours before my first pour. The first pour was perfect with only a 3/4” head. The beer temp in a room temperature glass was 33.5 degrees Fahrenheit with the kegerator set on 5. This kegerator is a great product.

Overall this is a nice keg fridge. Easy to use, maintain, and keeps beer cold. That said, the faucet is a travesty. As other reviewers have stated, if you don't pour beer at least once a day, the faucet will stick. And if you have a malty beer, the faucet will stick so bad that it won't open (or worse stay open). You'll have to take it apart and clean it. I can't get through a corny keg without taking apart the faucet at least twice. Moronic design flaw.

Everything I wanted in a kegerator. Attractive and efficient. And a half keg will fit with out any problem. I had a picnic of 4 couples this weekend, no trashy beer bottles or cans!
Biggest problem is how great the beer is ! I would definitely recommend it.

The packaging of this product is OK at best, the packing foam is pretty thin and there was some damage to device in shipping.
The device is decent looking, and I have no problem with the appearance. But, the build quality is poor... As I was screwing in the tower the front screws only went in so far and then just spun freely. Neither screw tightened before popping out the nut that is pressed into the plastic of the fridge. This is such a poor design as you can't securely fasten the tower without pulling the nuts out.
With the rating on Amazon I had high hopes for this device and was anxiously awaiting it's arrival. But it was a serious letdown. The only saving grace is that I purchased it on amazon and once again they took care of the problem quickly. My advice look to another kegerator, this one is definitely not worth what they are charging.
Well off to find another kegerator...

Instructions mentioned a metal piece to hold the hose on the back of the fridge to the gas gauge. They sent it with a cheap plastic piece that over time may need to be replaced.
Washer goes on under the coupler to keep the pressure was broke and looks very cheap. Had to run to local store and buy a washer before was able to even use the kegerator. Without this washer all the pressure was leaking out the top of the coupler.
Lastly (and not a huge deal) instructions mention a blue hose specifically even though can with a red/orange hose.

Just wanted to give a heads up that the rubber gasket that goes from the tap to the skanky was the wrong size and it ended leaking beer all night all over my floor. Contacted a friend of mine who bartends and got the proper size gasket. All in all I’m very happy with the product outside of this. The beer is cold, it pours very good. just a small detail that could/should be corrected before delivery. Would’ve been 5 stars if I didn’t have that issue.

Got this two years ago as an X-Mas gift and still going strong my hubby loves his kegerator. I do recommend getting an extended warranty cuz you just never know what can happen and it’s good idea to protect an investment I call it investment cuz much cheaper to by a keg that has 2000 plus oz of beer than a 20 pck every weekend.

As others say - you will need to replace the coupler. the connector to the line snapped on mine immediately and gas was leaking everywhere. Replaced that, and thought I was good, however - all of my Co2 leaked out from the crappy little plastic clamps. So you'll need to replace those, too. Overall, fridge is good, tap is okay, lines are alright. You are not getting an "all in one" kit here, though.

Good quality kegerator, except for the tower/faucet assembly. Also, a very cheap gasket was provided for the beer line connection for the keg. I couldn't use it until I found a better gasket. The faucet was also loose, and even with a specialized wrench (that I had to purchase separately) it was almost impossible to tighten. I ended up buying a new faucet/tower assembly from an outside vendor. Ended up costing me an extra $100. Not too happy about that, but overall the kegerator is nice and keeps the beer cold.

This was fairly easy to set up.
As a note of precaution to those first putting it together, make sure you get the gaskets meshed up properly with the fittings. I had the keg tapper to supply line gasket a little off center, and it developed a small leak. Thankfully, they put a couple extra in there. Once I figure out what the problem was, I swapped out gaskets and it has worked without issue ever since.
Also, don't be gentle with your tightening of fittings. If you don't get them tight, expect leaks.

This arrived 2 days after ordering. Double boxed and in good condition.
Took advantage of the Credit card/gift card offer at $359. This is a great deal.
Having the CO2 tank mounted externally is a bonus allowing for more storage in the unit.
Having built a kegerator in the past and storing my CO2 inside was cumbersome. Because of this, I searched for this external CO2 feature and found it in this unit.
I am a home brewer who uses ball-lock connections. Switching out the CO2 supply from tank, and beer supply line to tap was easy.
40 degrees F holding steady using 3.5 setting on thermostat.
First pour at 10 psi was perfect.
I recommend this kegerator. Not too big, not too small.

I have used this kegerator since August. I bought it off here, and it arrived in perfect condition. There are three things in my opinion that you need to do when you get this. You need to upgrade the beer line to a wider dia. line (better pour), and you need to get a draft arm wrench(you need it to upgrade the line), and a different faucet. The reason for a new faucet is when you don't tap a beer for a couple of days the faucet gets real sticky when you try to pour a beer. After the first pour, however, the faucet is fine. I payed around $220 for this once I signed up for the amazon credit card, and for that price I think that this is an excellent buy!

This is such a great addition to our household. My husband and I love beer and spend too much each week, so I looked into this kegerator. We have had it working for over a full day now, but the entire thing was easy to set up and we got our first pony keg of blue moon! The pour is slow, but the taste and head are perfect so I’m not too worried about it. The delivery was prompt and there was nothing missing or broken on our kegerator. This is an investment that will last us the rest of our lives and we are so pleased!

Seriously awesome. Easy to put together although I did watch the youtube video because the CO2 stuff a bit confusing. Took a bit to get the PSI right but once it I set it to 14 and gave it a few minutes it was pouring solid brews and not a bunch of foam.

So far so good. I have only had this under a month, we enjoy it! It took some work to find where to get co2 and the kegs are really heavy so you need muscle & dolly to get it in! It took a few days to get the adjustment right, the instructions say 10-15 psi but we are at a 6-8 psi & it's working great now! My only complaint so far is the rack on top pops out all the time & the little rubber things it sits on are pretty much useless. Everything else is as described and what I expected. For the price I think it could be a bit better quality on the rack & the taps hardware.

Walmart had the best price I could find for this kegerator. What they don't tell you in the instructions is that it comes with everything you need to tap a keg: empty CO2 tank, regulator, 2 Sankey couplers to tap the keg, and all the hoses you need. Installation was very easy. Basically, screw in the casters, insert the rail into the holes on top, screw the tower into the top of the fridge. It has worked great so far and has room for two 1/6th barrel kegs or even a 1/2 barrel keg.

We purchased this Kegorator because we are avid seltzer drinkers. I figured for the same price I might as well get a double tap tower, who knows when the second might come in handy. We are very pleased with this unit. It is very quiet, near silent and on the coldest setting it will freeze our seltzer water.
The description doesn't tell you that it does come with plumbing for 2 sanka style kegs and an empty CO2 bottle. There is a single pressure regulator that has a Y fitting to pressurize 2 kegs. The 2 kegs will have to run at the same pressure since there isn't 2 pressure regulators. Fluid lines for transporting the beer to the tower are also included. I cut the beer lines and crimped on my own fittings for the carbonator we are using. There is a CO2 bottle holder that sticks out the back of the unit which is very inconvenient for putting the kegerator against the wall.
We paid three hundred and thirty seven dollars for it delivered which is about what used single tap kegerators are going for on craigslist so we feel we got a good deal. If this Kegerator holds up and doesn't have any issues we will be thrilled with this purchase.

I was a little hesitant to purchase, since I seen quite a few reviews that talked about a multitude of problems but so far, so great. I absolutely love this thing. Doesn't take up much space, runs quietly, keeps beer ice cold(not even on highest setting), insulted tower to keep it cold all the way to the glass, holds a full size keg of Molson Canadian(my fave) and dispite what some monkeys said, was very easy to put together. The hardest part is getting the regulator just right for your brand of beer, but that's with any kegerator. Got the 5# co2 tank filled at my local home brew place for $13, tossed a keg in, hooked up the coupler, dialed in the psi best I knew how and started enjoying great draft beer. I have it pretty much at the perfect psi @9-10, every beer is different but for most American lagers, that seems to be ok (elevation not accounted for). besides what comes with it, you might want to buy a cleaning kit and some faucet plugs, maybe a dual gage regulator. Other than that, comes With everything you need minus the gas and beer. But if you're looking for a decent quality single tap that won't break the bank, this one is right for you.
Side note: don't forget the plastic washer attached to the co2 tank that goes on the line running from the tank to the coupler. I thought I lost it or I didn't get a 2nd washer so I went to home depot to buy one only to find the one on the tank while messing with the regulator.

I work in the beer industry and I'm going to say this kegerator is on point. Tower is insulated to keep temperatures low from keg to faucet. I'm getting a reading of about 43.3 degrees from my infrared thermometer which is perfect. Coupler/beer/gas lines are all working fine no leaks anywhere. The thing I like about this unit is that it has an external c02 tank, that means more room for 1/6th barrels! @dlishlishlish

Unit arrived without a scratch and on time. Assembly took less than an hour. Read the directions and watch the movie on their site before hand. It will save you time. Two barrels thru it now and not a single issue. CO2 regulator is a little finicky but that is expected for the cost. For the two lager barrels I have gone thru so far, 7lbs of pressure seems to be perfect, tiny head and smooth pressure pouring. I upgraded the faucet as soon as it arrived, so that is one area I can't comment on.

Best thing we have purchased for our new bar room. I would recommend if you want to put it under a counter to fit the counter to the kegerator so that it is flush mounted to the kegerator. Also, make sure to take the measurements before buying a keg. We had no idea there were so many keg "shapes" out there!

I just tapped my second keg since it arrived. I found that 4 to 5 psi of C02 for Budweiser is perfect. The first pitcher or two will be foamy so don't worry. I traded the 2.5 cylinder for a 5 lb. It is the same size so it fits on the rack in the back. Bottles will never taste same. Cheers!

This has been a great addition to the new house. Ive been using it for about 6 months now and kegs later. Only complaint is the foaming that I cant quite dial down. Thinking it needs a longer beer hose inside. Other than that, love this thing. I haven't had any of the problems that I read about and I did a boat load of research before I ordered.
