I bought mine about 6 months ago or so. I loved it and it was easy to use. Not something I used everyday but about the 5th time or so, it just turned off and never turned back on. I have emailed them several times and never got a response back. I just want to know if it can be fixed or if I need to replace something on it FRUSTRATED!!!!

Gave it 1 star because no option to go lower. Emailed company 3 times before getting a response now they won't do anything about it because it was a gift and I have no receipt. I have the pot so even if I didn't buy it someone paid them for it. The interior is peeling off so I am not using it any more, I don't want the coating in my food. I sent a picture of the tag on the pot so they could have Model Number and info and I even offered to buy a new interior pan but they won't even talk about it without the receipt. They just said a receipt is needed and what stores sell them I will buy another Instant pressure cooker but it will NOT be a Bella

E0 is a faulty lid closure error. There is a fundamental issue with the sensor that detects lid closure. One flat out gave the error from first start, the other allowed cooking for 15 minutes, then popped up with E0 code and turned itself off (doesn't necessarily mean you can unplug and everything is back to good either). Desperate to finish my meal, I discovered a metal fridge magnet clipped to the base handle just below the lid locking pin allowed the cooker to function correctly. (see my photo). But this annoyance and no food cooking guide should push you to look elsewhere.

This appeared to have all the features of an Instant Pot but in actuality the PSI IS lower so only the Bells Pot recipes work and there are very few of them..all the popular recipes are timed to a cooker with higher psi

This was my first pressure cooker and was surprised at how much time it saved. It was simple to use and worked as promised. Then it just stopped - plug it in, but doesn't look like it's getting power (no difference than unplugged). WHY IS THE LINK TO THE MANUAL FOR THIS PRODUCT DEAD?

This won't even pressurize our food. What a waste of money. And the sorry thing is that I threw away the receipt. I am about to be in tears because I convinced my husband to buy this instead of the other brand we used to have again. We are on a modest income and we feed five kids plus ourselves and thought this would work like our old one that broke down after years of use. sometimes it would pressurize for like 2 minutes, then it would cycle again. I learned to tweek the pressure release button so that it could work but could only buy 5 minutes at a time. This is the third and final time I tried this. Now I have a bunch of saucy uncooked drumsticks in the oven with no aluminum foil cuz I ran out. Pray for me!! Hope the food survives. Now because of my bad judgement I won't be able to get a replacement anytime soon because we can't afford it. I bought this to save money and time and instead got the opposite.

Had this product for a few months and absolutely love it. Use it about once every few weeks and it is super convenient for our busy lifestyle. We have done whole chicken, pot roast, ribs, fried chicken, soups, chili and stews. The whole chicken is great because you can use the leftovers for other diners that week (chicken fettuccine, chicken curry, tacos, etc) It is very easy to use and clean, we have had no issues what-so-ever. Would definitely recommend it. This is the chicken recipe we like http://healinggourmet.com/healthy-recipes/pressure-cooker-chicken/

No recipe book? No more instructions than a very small pamphlet that was no help that said to come to this site for recipe ideas & instructions. I find nothing. Seems a cool product, but big fail on the finish by skimping on including a recipe booklet. I'm frustrated and am taking it back to exchange for a cordless drill.

I was sent this item as a prelaunch review... I will start by saying I have never used a pressure cooke before. I will say this was the easiest product I have used to date! We tried making a brisket for the very first time. We seared the meat using the searing button (which was really cool btw). Afterwards we tossed in the ingredients and closed the lid. Hit the button and our dinner was done in 1 hour. It was amazing. Honestly, can't think of a con for this product.. at least not yet. Looking forward to cooking more with it.
