Bought two months ago and very disappointed. Took forever to heat up, did not uniformly toast and the bagel function never worked. After 2 months it just stopped heating - lights came on but didn't heat up.

This toaster is worse than my old one. It has a tendency to burn edges even at lower settings. It does not lift high enough for average or small sized bread slices so you have to stick something plastic in there to get them out. It was cheap but so was my old one and that lasted 15 years, waste of money.

bought a few months ago at Macy's. It is terrible. It burns English muffins every single time I toast.
Going to put it in the garbage.

This item I like because it is stainless steel and can easily match ones appliances. It is also very easy to manage when it comes time to cleaning it. It is also simple when it comes to the settings that are included as part of this product. Just enough where the average user, such as myself would be easily able to operate.

I couldn't find a listing for this particular model, but this review is for the 2.0 model specifically, since that is the only one of Bella I have tried. I have been gluten free for almost 5 years. After spending countless dollars on bread the first few years, I gave up on bread for awhile. In the last year there have been many improvements to commercial gluten free bread, but the results with toasting have been a disaster. Mostly the edges are overcooked and/or burnt to get the center toasted. Someone in one of the gluten free groups I am in wrote a post about the Bella 2.0 toaster with the gluten free setting. She could not say enough good things about this toaster, so I decided to give it a try. I found mine at Target on sale!! I have made both cinnamon raisin toast and white bread toast (both gluten free) on the gluten free setting. Both came out perfectly!!! This is the first company I know of that has addressed the special qualities of gluten free bread and they have nailed it. Absolutely AWESOME.
