I need 2 of these but every time I try to order from Walmart, Amazon, ebay or Sears says item not in stock! I’ve been trying since 11/2020! Bella Co site has no place to order directly from on their site. Is there anywhere else I can purchase from?

was looking for a waffle iron with temperature control, as I found those without don't make crispy waffles as they don't get hot enough. this does. like that the plates come out for cleaning. flat top is great for pancakes and tortillas. the grill is great for burgers. definitely recommend.

This is the second Bella 8 in 1 that I have ordered. The first is with my husband in his semi truck. He LOVES it. The last one is mine for at home, my birthday present to me. It works really well. There is only one issue that can be easily remedied. Soft sandwiches, bread squishing... my husband stuck some clothes pins in the edges to keep the bread from getting squished. He has cooked steak, burgers, ;chicken, toasted cheese sandwiches, quesadillas, and a whole bunch more! I just received mine yesterday and can't wait to use it today!!! Make sure you preheat the unit the first time without the oil on the plates the first time as it will smoke some. Use oil/shortening, never sprays. There are little rubber feet inside the back legs that make it more level for waffles. Don't forget to set the grease cups in place! I have looked up dozens of these multi grills before purchasing the first one. Then this model was sold out, so I did my homework again. Finally, this came back in stock and I have it!!! Shipping was quick as well.

This little appliance does everything! It grills steaks, hamburgers and Pannini sandwiches. You can use the griddle for eggs and pancakes. There is a full size waffle iron, and a quesadilla iron. What more could you ask for in such a compact package. Only criticism that I have is that the power cord is TOO SHORT. It won't even reach to my outlet without an extension cord. Kinda defeats the concept of having a cord short so you won't trip over it. But I do love the appliance, and have purchased two now, one for home and one for the motorhome.

I don’t grill that much with oil but do make waffles, paninis and grilled sandwiches often. Need to follow the directions for the waffles. Usually will make extra waffles and freeze them to pop in the toaster. Even crispier. Delicious! Of course I only use Krusteaz brand mix; that may make a difference. Toasting sandwiches I use wheat bread and don’t use butter. They still taste great. Omelette trays didn’t work very well but I’m still very happy with this product.

I got it for Christmas. Yesterday we were snowed in here on the East Coast. I cooked pancakes on it for breakfast, made Ham and cheese paninis for lunch and used it to sear my pork roast for dinner. Everything came out perfect! I love how the grill plates pop off and clean up easily. This is NOT a George Forman Grill. The grills that CATCH all the extra grease have to be cleaned by hand. Its a trade off. It works exactly as it is described. It is a little smaller than my normal griddle, but just takes a few more minutes

Much like the sole other reviewer of this product, I did not buy it through amazon. I received it as a Christmas gift. I immediately noticed it has issues maintaining the desired temperature and the “Ready” light does not consistently remain on. I had set it to 375 to make pancakes and I got two successful pancakes out of it before it began severely undercooking or overcooking them. On another note, the top of the griddle becomes very hot when in use. Not just warm, hot enough to burn your hand if you accidentally touch it while trying to adjust something on the top plate. The knob feels extremely cheap and the overall product quality is unimpressive; I have doubts about its reliability.

I did not buy this product through Amazon.com but I feel that I must take the time in order to let you know just what a great disappointment this product is. No.1 This product is designed with a forward sloping plate so that you have no choice in what oil or water you are cooking with staying on the grill. It must run off of, and out of this grill. If you wish for what ever oil you may be using to stay on the grill, you must put something under the front legs in order it level grill. I removed the two rear rubber grips from the back legs and grill is still uneven. No.2 The Grease cups that are provided do not fit under the drip tray and do not catch the dripping grease unless you place something under the cup in order to get it near the grease outlet. No.3 This type of counter top grill seems to have taken a turn in design that dictates that there will no longer be a decent medium sized grill. They are either to small or to big. This one is to small even for a single person. The actual cooking surface is 9 1/2in x 8 3/4in. This grill comes with different plates for doing different styles of cooking. The people who designed this grill should have put their money into foldable leveling legs so that this product creates less of a mess and is less difficult to deal with. One of the great saving graces for this product are the removable plates for cleaning purposes. Heats well and cooks well. Perhaps this design will work well for you?

Love the many capabilities of this kitchen appliance! Seems to be of good quality.

Just used it for the first time yesterday, Sunday 2-26-17 for waffles. It did OK. Some breaking in and learning curve to it with temperature control and plate seasoning, I guess. I did follow first time use instructions thoroughly: before food use, during food use and after food use. Why the 3 stars? This could change to higher or lower with food outcomes and use. Enclosed in the box is a thorough manual and recipes combo booklet. This was something I inquired about before purchase, but no response from the community and VERY glad the manual/recipe combo booklet is very: detailed, thought out and useful, 5 stars for this. I was disappointed in some initial areas of this device. Was the grill used, no, but the gouge marks and such on mine could lead one to believe so. The back left foot was gouged out. On the top, there was a deep slice into it, black exposed, gouge mark. It looked as if someone took a knife to it in that one spot, a few other scratch marks. So, the finish is not solid and appears it will scratch very easily. 2ish stars in that area. One of the plate sets had some areas unfinished, luckily it was the back and not the cooking surface. Are these deal breaks, no... But when one buys new, there is an expectation to receive the product free from: marring, marks and unfinished areas. 2 stars for these reasons. The plates are a nice feature to do different things with, but the plates are light in weight. Unknown on longevity and if they will hold up to heat over long periods of time and use. The plates seem almost plastic like, I know they are not, but that is the weight and feel it gives me. Jury out on stars on this one. More use is needed. Perhaps this weight is necessary for the overall design (Max heat, nonstick, etc.) and construction of the device? Wish it had an on off button, but don't let that deter you. Just remember to unplug it before walking away from it and on your way to sitting down to eat. Updates will come with more use and time with this comprehensive grill. Update March 12, 2017: I used the flat plates to make pancakes. The first side came out browned after using vegetable oil spray, but not crisp. The other side no browning. The plates, I believe due to material type, will not retain any oiling or season for a period of time and reuse is needed. So, 2 stars on the plate material thus far. I will try using butter or oil (non spray) and see if this makes a difference in seasoning retention. Until next update... :) Update May 26th, 2017: 2 stars for the heating element. Different temps for different items, but realistically, one has to turn the temp up higher, almost all the way, for several things I have cooked with it. So far, would not recommend, nor buy again. Haven't used since last update, today's update: 5-18-18, packed for Goodwill.

I bought this and use it all the time. Love it. Wish I could find addition plates to use with it.

Does just what's advertised. Makes fantastic, big, fluffy waffles that feed my crew. The sandwich press plates make excellent paninis. Haven't tried the other plates yet, but it's easy to clean and fits most anywhere.

Love the look. Love the extra plates for different dishes. Love the ease of cleaning. Love the stand for the extra plates. Love the fact that they are removable. Couldn't care less about an on/off switch bc you shouldn't leave appliances plugged in. I made omelettes, quesadillas, bacon, and hamburgers on it so far and I am thrilled with it.

Love it. It's very easy to clean and cook everything in a perfect way. I learned to do my own waffle and I did even omelette in it!

I bought this grill several months ago and completely love it. We use it every day because it cooks everything so well. Because it cooks from both top and bottom, food cooks quickly. I've had to adjust to this but did so easily. Hamburgers taste like restaurant burgers which our son likes. I used the panini plates and made delicious and juicy chicken parm for two. My husband loves the toasted and warm sandwiches we can make. I can grill asparagus in 2-3 minutes and it comes out tasty, tender, and still bright green. But maybe the best use is for bacon. Bacon slices fit perfectly, the top keeps them from curling and the grease from splattering all over the place. No turning or fussing either. There are literally dozens of uses for it which gives it good value for the unit. The plates snap off easily and go right into the dishwasher. My only complaint is that it does not have an off/on switch. You have to unplug it to turn it off and that's why it only gets 4 stars.
