I've bought this product twice, and both times, after about a year, the water stops getting pushed through. I descaled it according to the directions in the manual, but it doesn't help, and to add insult to injury, the water started leaking out of the bottom.

I really have been positive about my Single Serve machine with water tank, the only downside is I can not find a metal meshed replacement filter. If anyone can help me please post.

I’m on the second one like this and it will be my last unless it’s replaced. Both have stopped pushing water through. The one I have currently needed to be descaled so I did according to instructions and water started coming out of the bottom of it. I’m so disappointed that I bought yet another one and it stopped working! Prior to this it worked great and made a quick tasty cup of coffe.

Works with any ground coffee, but the permanent filter lets some of the grounds through, had to cut down paper filters to fit, wish small filters were available for this model. Otherwise, great machine, makes a cup almost instantly.

Just got mine and love it. Perfect size to take to work! Permanent filter means no need to buy filters also uses regular coffee so a lot less money than purchasing he expensive single serve containers that are so popular. Also an use any size mug with it and drink your coffee the moment it's done without burning your tongue.

I love it, it's quiet, fast, and brews wonderful coffee. Easy to clean and takes up just a little space on cabinets. Love the piece that you can put a regular sized cup up under it, or you can put it all the way down for a bigger cup. Would recommend it to anyone.
