Bought a mini in plum in February of 2019, quit working by December 2019. They replaced with this smaller version in hot pink because plum is no longer offered. All I can say is Pepto Bismol...yuck!

I appreciate the excellent customer service I was given from the Keurig team. My Kmini had completely stop working. Keurig tried troubleshooting the product after failed attempts, Keurig mailed me a brand new Keurig Kmini. That’s amazing outstanding customer service.

I contacted Keurig about a defective brewer and the service was excellent. They offered to replace the unit after determining that it was, indeed, defective. However, I was told that they no longer had black brewers in this style and the only color was blue. I have not tried the new brewer yet to make sure it works. The color is so hideous that I will have to keep it in a cupboard. No way would I have something that ugly on my countertop.
