I purchased this blender thinking it would handle crushing ice. I'm very sad to say that it does not, so in order to have icy drinks I must purchase another blender.

The blender does not give a thick drink and the instructions are confusing. Hope when I attemot to make a soup and use the heating it works better an vwry disappointed in this blender!

So far I'm a fan. The timer feature is nice allowing you to step away while it does its thing. One design flaw in my opinion is the lack of a pour spot while the lid is still attached though. Clean up is very easy; much easier than my Ninja blender with the multiple blades. I'm really looking forward to making a soup!

This is HUGE!!!!! Does not even fit under my counter. BUT seems to be of excellent quality something you could even use in a restaurant. instructions shows it does a ton of work and specialty things... Just not sure.... it might be just to dang big for me :( Great Price!

I've been looking for the perfect blender and I've found it! This blender is powerful and so amazing. From smoothies to soup, the blender can make things cold or hot. I really like that there is a recipe book that came with the blender! With preset buttons for making smoothies, it is super easy to use. I made a smoothie in less than two minutes! The blender is also easy to clean with warm water and a handy little brush for the small parts.
