This countertop oven has good functions and it is big enough to cook whole medium pizza. With the convection feature, meat was cooked evenly. I am pleased with the purchase. The setting function is a bit confusing at first, but it is easy to manage. It looks great in our kitchen.

This is a really great toaster oven for the price point! The oven is roomy and it is easy to operate. Two other family members own this as well, and they are happy with the oven. My only complaint is the length of the power cord. It's short, (about 24"), and I don't like using an extension cord with an appliance. It's fine if you are using it on a counter top with an outlet close by. Mine is on a kitchen cart so the distance to the outlet is a factor.

Very nice so far, quiet, have been using for about 3 weeks. We've always had a little toaster oven so I decided to buy something nicer and larger since we use it a lot. Large inside and out. Since I have little patience dealing with stupid instructions the magic word for pulling the crumb tray out is UNDERNEATH! I tried from inside the oven.

This is my second B & D toaster oven and I love it; Works great with the convection feature and no annoying knobs to turn and listen to it ticking. Has everything I could want in a small oven so I don't have to turn on the big oven to reheat smaller items
would definitely recommend this to anyone

This is a sleek, modern, amazing toaster/oven. I had my first one for over 10 years and paid $200 back then. None of the other new models in its price range now can even compare. We use it for EVERYTHING!! baking cakes, cookies, casseroles, toasting, broiling, pizza, grinders, bagels, etc. The timer function is so handy. You can set and forget, because it will shut off when the timer is done. I only need my full size oven for large family gatherings thanks to this terrific toaster oven. I was so excited to find it again at such a great low price thanks to Walmart.

This is my first toaster oven. I live in Arizona where it is too hot to turn on the conventional oven. The Black & Decker toaster oven heats up in about 4 minutes, cooks evenly and cools down in about 10 minutes. It's great. If I had one wish it would be that Black & Decker would have better pans for this oven with a nonstick coating. I would recommend this to anyone. The pans are small, but the oven works great. I purchased this oven because it had the rounded back for pizza pans. You can get a 12" pizza pan in this oven. My son has figured out that he can get 5 frozen cookie dough pieces on a 12 " pizza pan hit the button for cookies and have hot cookies in about 15 minutes . (LOL). Thanks Arizona

There is a learning curve, but doing lots in it already.Toast comes out evenly browned. A first for us with a toaster oven! My hubby does frozen french fries. I am baking muffins in a 6 space muffin pan I had! It takes awhile to figure out where to place the rack and how long to cook things. The controls require us to put on our cheaters to see. Not using the timer.We use nearby microwave timer. Less confusing. All in all we are happy and unit was a good deal. Quiet as well.

Black and Decker is an icon product maker. This product did not live up to their long-standing reputation. I've returned it already. Maybe it was just this one unit...baking function was erratic (didn't sustain consistent temperature, so my baked Cod was not cooked throughout), and the toaster function really didn't work at all (burner units would come on, then go off, only warming the toast rather than toasting it). Decided to give this model another chance: WalMart store couldn't reorder it from the store. WalMart dot com no longer carries this model. Okay, so that's telling me something. Don't bother!

After days of checking reviews on different convection toaster ovens, I opted for this B&D unit, and I am very glad I did. It does everything I wanted it to do; it's very attractive; and the outside does NOT heat up more than any ordinary toaster oven.
I'd be 100% satisfied if it had come with an automatic pull out for the tray, although I can see the difficulty of doing so since it has two separate height levels for the rack. As it is, I am about 99.85% satisfied (LOL)
I find the controls intuitive and the toaster mode easy to graduate and very efficient. I did not enter any information regarding durability since I've only had it for one week.
