Takes a ridiculous amount of time to toast your english muffins to get a golden brown crust. I had to turn it all the way up and drop it twice while pulling them out halfway through the 2nd drop.

Waited almost three weeks for this to arrive; arrival date changed three times. First use, it burnt the bottom of my bread. I turned it down, it did it again, and again. I've tried everything I can, but the bottom elements are too hot. In the process of returning it.

Mine was so slow that the main feature I was looking for was speed. The toast is also hot. I did a time test. I could do two batches with this toaster in the time it takes to do one with my Krups. The speed makes up for the fact I went from a four slice to a two slice. Love it. Price was great also

Fast 1 minute toaster. Toasts bread evenly. Pops up high for easy removal of toast; no digging. Control accurate.
..........I labeled the top "HOT" to remind me that it gets very hot.
It does the job. I like it.

We bought this toaster to use at our trailer and like it because it is small. Right after buying it the toaster stopped working. We unplugged it and left it for a day and it started working again no problem. It toasts well and evenly and doesn't take forever. Hopefully it continues to work.

The packaging of this toaster was very nice and secure, it was protected from being damaged in transit. The nice sleek design is a bonus with the chrome look. It features and adjustable preference knob scaling from 1-7. It also has buttons for bagels or frozen items. When you press the button it lights up a pretty blue! When your item is done watch out it kind of jumps out at you! The only tiny issue I have had is sometimes the lever when pressing down sometimes doesn't latch, but that's not a big deal for me as I just try again and it's fine.
