It?s inexpensive and does the job. Use good coffee to improve the middling taste. Experiment.

What is great about this Brewer, is that the water Compartment and the brewing compartment are completely separate.

Worse coffee pot ever!! after 3 days the paint on the hot plate started peeling off. cheaply made.

Yes the product is poorly made and very cheap. The first pot of coffee I made the handle came off the pot luckily I wasn't burnt by the hot liquid.

This coffee pot only has a 6 cup capacity but it says 12 cup on the pot and the water level. I accepted that part and began to brew water to clean out the pot. I looked everywhere to find out what size filter to use and it comes with a permanent filter, but I still like to use them to keep the grounds out. I never did find the size so just brewed. Coffee came out of the bottom of the pot and grounds were everywhere. I've been drinking and making coffee for years so it wasn't user error, just cheaply made!

Piece of JUNK!!!! Spills coffee all over the place when you go to pour it into your cup, you get more on the counter and floor then you do in your cup. I would NOT recommend this item to anyone.
