Never produced any ice. What a waste of money!

Works good and makes ice fairly fast. I use it to make ice for the freezer. Can make a good amount in one day that last for days. I like that you can make 3 different sizes. Perfect to add ice to a water bottle. The ice fits into the bottle opening. Only down side is one time the 2 red lights was on and i had to troubleshoot. I had water in to line and there was no ice blocking anything so i wasn't sure what was wrong. Then i inspected it. The flipper inside that pushes the ice out was stuck so all i had to do was lift the flipper then it automatically started to work again. That wasnt one of the troubleshooting options so if that happens give that a try. I do love it even with the minor flaws. If you have the machine in a warm room if you transfer the ice to your freezer the ice is wet and sticks together but that's just a minor problem. The ice is great and i love the ice maker. I would recommend it Because over all it makes good ice and fairly quick.

This ice maker is great! It's easy to use, and you can have 3 different sized cubes. I used the medium setting. It took a few minutes before the cubes became a good size. The cubes started out smaller than I expected but after about 15-20 minutes the cubes were bigger. I am very pleased with the ice machine.

It only took two business days to receive. I followed my own cleaning rule. Hot water, a few squirts of Dawn Dishwashing Detergent, which is a degreaser, and a clean wash cloth. I removed the ice storage basket and the ice scoop then placed them in the hot soapy water. Then I washed the inside completely - including the Evaporator Rods. I then drew plain hot water and another clean wash cloth and wiped down again. I drew cold water from the faucet, added one level teaspoon of Baking Soda to the water and stirred until dissolved. Then I place the water in the water storage tank. Plugged in the machine, chose medium cubes and let that soda water gun it's coarse and make cubes. I then refilled the tank with plain water and ran the ice cube process again. I just ran clear water again and the ice cubes tastes normal. Love the machine.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter and her husband. How embarrassing to find that they not only had to had to send it back once but they had to send the very same one back back twice. Now here it is the end of Feb. and they have yet to enjoy their Christmas present. Yet, I paid for it. I will think long and hard before ordering devices such as these again. Please see that this time they do indeed get a new one to replace the ice maker that does not work at all. Thank you.

It is really nice to have ice at home. I have a really small frig so space is at a premium. Strong chemical taste to ice in the beginning. Just throw away the first few batches of ice and the chemical taste gradually goes away. I waited a long time to buy this product, but I am glad I did.

I found the product to be easy to use and it did make the amount of ice promised - however it was very noisy so had to turn off at night and the ice tasted like plastics -- there were no instructions on how to stop the taste so I had to use vinegar thru the machine several times until the plastic taste lessened. It required running the machine longer than I usually would. I do know if this will be something I will have to continue to do or if the problem was fixed.

we love the ice maker, got it in about a week ago and started using it we was amazed of how much ice it makes in such a little time. We would go through all the ice in the freezer it could never keep up. we don't have to run out of ice anymore we give it 2 thumbs up!!! We love it

My refrigerator does not have an ice maker and I HATE ice cube trays, so this ice maker seemed like a perfect idea! When I opened the box, there weren't any directions or manuals so I had to guess how to use it. It wasn't very difficult to figure out where to put the water, how to select the ice cube size (I like the small ones best) or how to start it. What concerned me was when the ice cubes dropped into the water when they were done. I was sure there was a malfunction somewhere, especially when I ended up with a blob of stuck together ice cubes the next day. Now that I've used it a few times, I know that is the way it was designed. When I take the cubes out of the machine, I put them in a strainer to get some of the excess water off before putting in the freezer. Works like a charm. The machine makes a gallon size zip lock bag full of small cubes in the span of one evening - enough to keep me going for several days. One of the drawbacks is the size. I don't have much counter or storage space, so if I want to be able to access it quickly, I have to leave it on my kitchen table. I live alone, so it's not a huge sacrifice for me, but could be for a family. I would recommend this product, but definitely would mention the size requirements and "wet ice" problem along with the recommendation.

This machine is great, it makes three different sizes of ice very quickly. The only problem I see is if you collect the ice cubes, bag them and put them in the freezer to store, they stick together because they are moist when taken from the unit. If not stored they are ok. They melt in the machine and more are made to refill the unit as needed. I will use it when camping to cool and preserve my food in a cooler and for ice in my drinks. I am still amazed as to the speed it makes ice, truely very quick. Great appliance

My refrigerator does not have an ice maker, so I have been using ice trays in the freezer for a long time. When I saw this ice maker in the catalog, I knew I had to have it. When I received the shipment, I immediately started making ice and stocked the freezer with it. I am so happy with this ice maker. Thank you!
