Very nice toaster. Love the fact it has multiple settings. Matches nicely with my other appliances and fits all types of breads easily

I've only used the toaster for a week and so far it's been good. My favorite feature is the ability to defrost! I've never had this feature in previous toasters that I have owned. There's also a nice countdown timer which is also very helpful! What I also really enjoyed was that the toaster seems to slow toast! I can't wait to try this toaster on a bagel! I have been on the hunt for a new toaster for a while now. The Calphalon Intellicrip 2 slice precision toaster is everything I didn't know I needed! It is a very sturdy heavy toaster. I love that it gives a countdown to when the toast will be done, and you can set it for as light, or dark as you want your toast. It also has a defrost feature, that I haven't used yet, but I'm excited to see how it works when the time arises for me to need it! The stainless steel is very nice, and matches the rest of my appliances perfectly. Calphalon is known for their exceptional products, and this one rates up there as one of the best in my opinion. Ordered October 3rd and never received it. Customer service is a joke. Will never order from them again.

This was the best toaster I have ever used. I absolutely love the defrost option. It made making toaster strudel and frozen waffles a breeze. Calphalon's Intellicrisp 2 slice toaster with advanced heat technology is all it claims to be. I can now look forward to beautiful, evenly toasted bread and bagels. As far as toasters go, this one looks upscale and is well made. The dark grey goes with the rest of my appliances. Measuring at approximately 7&1/2" H, 6&1/2" W, it doesn't take up too much counter space. The cord is a good length at approximately 32" long. I have used this toaster all week long, each and every time I've gotten consistently toasted bread. The slots allow for a range of sizes, at 6 inches long and about 1&1/2 inches wide. The heating elements grip the bread nicely and make for an evenly shaded/toasted bread. There are six shade settings for your preference and the LED timer is a nice touch. For a brand new toaster, toasting the first time, there was very little "first use toaster smell" and that was completely gone using it a second time. The bread is easy to grab after its done toasting. It pops up high enough so you won't have to use tongs or burn your fingertips. There is also a bagel setting that makes for a nicely toasted bagel center and warm, chewy outside. If you have frozen bread or bagel, no worries, theres an option for that as well. The crumb try is easy to remove and replace which makes clean up easy. Calphalon gets a thumbs up from me and my family! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This is one mac daddy toaster. Looks great on my counter, makes nice toast (even and adjusts level of darkness in accordance with settings) and my kids and I enjoy the sound it makes when it pops. Thank you very much for the toaster i really love it they way it makes the bread toast as the way you want it not to soft not burn just right. I really like because the way it set up for how you want your bread to be toast with the switch and is cool because it lights up. Very satisfied custpmer. I will recommend this to anyone. I've used this toaster 4 times so far and I have to say it's pretty wonderful. It's the biggest toaster I've ever owned and it's very deep for even toasting. The dial is also a countdown timer which has a light that blinks while it counts down and I thought that was pretty neat. In my old toaster I would also end up burning my pop tarts because they would cook so fast but with this Intellicrisp it seems to toast slow and even which I love!
