I've used this grill only once, but I really like it so far. The plates are easy to remove and clean, and I like the ceramic surface.

Really like the product. Purchased the Multi-Grill as a space saver for our RV and it does everything as advertised EXCEPT there is no cooking instructions either included or on the web. Customer service did find a "cooking time" guide but with out knowing the cooking temperature its worthless. We did hamburgers for 5 minutes (4 - 6 recommended) at 350 (we guessed) and they were overcooked and not eatable. I'm sure with trial and error we'll figure it out.
Gave overall review a 4 star because of this.
Easily a 5 Star Product otherwise.

As a single man my diet consisted of TV Dinners and dining out .
The cleaning of a home cooked meal was too much for me to attempt very often.
A friend recommended this grill and I was sold.
Without a doubt the best most used appliance in my home.
Three weeks of pork chops, chicken breast, and perfectly grilled fish have changed my life .
The vegetables alone are worth the price .
Cooks fast and easy to clean or just put in dishwasher .
This is far from the small grills of the past and well worth the investment

I have enjoyed using my Calphalon PerfectSear Multi-Grill since I got it. It is a beautiful appliance, relatively easy to clean, and cooks food quickly and evenly.
I have grilled chicken breasts, Portobello mushrooms, steaks, hamburgers,and asparagus on the grill plates, and have made pancakes and grilled cheese using the griddle plates. All foods were evenly cooked and came out tasting great! Being able to open the grill to 180 degrees was a huge plus.
There were only a couple of things I had minor issues with:
1. Cleaning the pop out grill/griddle plates was very easy, but when I made burgers the grease got between the handle arms and the sides of the top of the grill. Cleaning this wasn't easy.
2. There was no temperature guide or cookbook included, so I had to search online for cooking temperatures and times. Even a basic guide would be nice.

A Great all-around grill! It is made with an attractive, classy looking exterior. It is very sturdy and durable. It has simple to use controls that make it easy to set temperatures and timers. Overall I liked this product due to how easy it is to use. The product heats up quickly even when set to the highest temperature which helps ensure a quick cooking start. Chicken, pork, and beefs are guaranteed not to stick on this grill and leave nice grill marks. Seafood on the other hand slightly sticks but not as much as it would on a regular stove top. Only thing I didn't like was how easy the given metal plates scratched even without using a metal scour pad while cleaning it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I received the Calphalon multi Grill to test. Upon opening the package I noticed that it had removable plates however I couldn't quite figure out how to do it. After playing with the buttons on the side I realize that I could switch them out quite easily. I decided to go ahead and try it right away and I cooked bacon on it the first time. The bacon came out perfectly cooked and I loved that the grease drained away from it. I also cooked burgers and salmon on the grill with great results! Again, using a button on the side causes the grill to lay completely flat and using the flat plates, I was easily able to make 6 slices of French toast, or 6 pancakes, etc. for breakfast. This has made breakfast much more enjoyable as I can finally eat with the family as all the food is cooked at the same time.
The only complaint I have is that even with handwashing all the parts, and only using non-metal utensils, one of the plates already has chips in the non stick finish.
Overall, I'm extremely happy with this multigrill! It makes cooking easier, less greasy, and my kitchen not as hot. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This grill is so amazing I would recommend this grill to everyone. I like the fact that the plates are removable which makes it way easier to clean. Being able to set it at different temperatures is great and makes it easier to be able to control how well you want your food done. It has a timer which comes in very handy when your doing more then one thing at a time. The grill looks so professional, it's heavy and very durable. I fell in love with this grill the moment I opened it, the features are just so amazing. You will have a great grill experience with this grill. It is number 1 on my list. The multi grill is a great product. I like the grill because it kept me from having the turn on the stove to fry food or cook breakfast. I was able to make pancakes, sausage, and eggs at once. I was able to have grill food without firing up the grill. It was so easy to clean, the food did not stick to the plates. The instructions booklet should be more than a piece of paper. I would recommend a booklet that would have a tempature guide for popular foods and a recipe booklet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
