Does this produce coffee in those tiny pods?

It utilizes K cup hard pods, soft filter pods, and has a filter cup so that ground coffee can be be used. This is a great compact unit for the money. It is so light that I flew with it to an island getaway! Whenever we wanted, we sipped on our favorite K-cups rather than turning on the large coffee maker.

While generating a terrible whistling and airy noise, the water does not appear to be pumping. It is pretty fresh and was functioning. Any recommendations?

The exact issue was just resolved by me. The plunger that breaks the pod's seal was blocked. After trying coffee pot cleaner, which didn't work, I used a screwdriver to pull the connecting arm off the lid, allowing me to remove the upper assembly. The rubber connecting tube was then pry off with the help of the screwdriver. After that, a clog of coffee grinds emerged from the puncture hole I had made with a little drill bit. Reassembling fixed the issue.

What kind of warranty is there on this coffee maker? In less than three months, it broke?

The thermal overload will trip and the machine will be killed if the on switch is forced to make coffee before the water is hot enough. My spouse completed it. Purchased a Kureig recently and intends to fix the Chefman later.

I prefer to use paper filters. Will a Melita #1 paper filter fit in the filter basket?

I read that Javajig filters will fit K-Cup size coffee makers, but I'm not sure if they'll work with the Mellissa #1 because it seems to be too big.

this is an awesome coffee maker, narrow takes up very little space. Lid is spring loaded easily snap closed, push button release. k-cup or your own grind with included filter. I grind my own, and have not had any grind in bottom of my cup. Hot and full flavored. Makes a Great cup of coffee. Very Happy with this purchase, I dont get to say that very often.

wow this little guy is AWESOME. what a beast. makes an awesome cup of coffee in a minute. sturdy attractive great aroma. easy to use.right price. no mug. i pay 5 bucks more if they give me the mug. nope no mug. poop.

Wow so I'm surprised there aren't any reviews on this coffee marker. I'm gonna start off with saying this is my first coffee maker it was gifted to me from my Mom and this coffee maker is awesome. It's very easy to clean and use. I would give it 10 stars if I could. It literally makes the coffee in one minute max. the only time it makes any type of noise is in the last 5 seconds but its still not noisy even then. I highly recommend!
