Bowl does not spin. Have to stand there and force the bowl around as it mixes dough. Threw out the sale box so can't return it. Total waste of money.

Beautiful, all together. Came in original packing. No dents or broken parts, all in clear packing.

Everything was absolutely great! My product inside was in great condition, however, I was a bit confused when I received my item. It seems a thought it had been a refurbished item, when I bought it, it was mentioned that it was a brand new product.

This product does not incluid any hooks.

Very bad quality. It is broken already!!! There is a little screw in the bottom. It was fall inside. The bowl cannot fixed. Always go away. It is hard clean also. Because the bowl cannot take out.

I contacted the company by voice and by email to try to get replacement beaters & dough hooks (originals were lost). Despite still showing this mixer as for sale on the company website, Chefman's customer support reps say Chefman no longer produces mixers and will not provide any parts, attachments or any other support for those products!

Works fine, but the bottom base the bowl fits on is not removable for cleaning ... not great at getting dry powder/flour of the bottom curve of the bowl

Only used once and the bowl will no longer spin.

Maybe I need to get the hang of it, but it seems easier to use the hand mixer than this one. I had to move the bowl alot to get all of the ingredients fully mixed. It was a hassle.... And it is LOUD!

Terrible mixer. The bowl does not move its own and the beaters do not reach the mixture on the sides. I had to keep pushing the batter down with a spoon and spin the bowl around manually. I would rather use a hand mixer or take down my Bosch. No use foe this product

I emailed customer service on chef man.com and asked how to get the bowl to spin and they're reply was that it does not spin. I never had a mixer that I couldnt make the bowl spin, but I could manually push the lever back and forth, so that was a disappointment seeing how much I multitask in the kitchen and that feature was so much help. My mom got it for me for Christmas from a discount store, so that should tell you something, at least she didn't spend $80 on it, it was discounted to $30. I am unfortunately stuck with it, so I guess I'll make the best of using it until it burns out, which probably won't be long anyhow.

Nice compact mixer, butb the base dors not turn on its own. Somewhat disappointed. Overall good product in a pinch.

Awesome little mixer, works wonders with small batches of bread, great for making cakes and all mixes and takes up very little room on the counter and easy to pack away in a cupboard.

Good machine it did a great job this holiday season my only concern was that the bowl doesn't turn very well on its own so i stood next to it and turned the bowl.

Total crap, low power, cheap plastic, small, skips power levels, bowl wont spin, sent it back

Love this stand mixer - doesn't take up too much space in my apt but works as well as any I've ever had. Each time I buy a Chefman appliance I'm happier than the last - glad I took the plunge

Another winner by Chefman!!! because of this item i fell in live with baking again, I even got my kids involved and they love it.its compant size and large bowl are perfect for my kitchen, it doesn't take up much room and it performs amazingly. Must Buy!
