This premium 8-in-1 programmable kitchen appliance has new and improved programs and features to continually support your fast-paced, health-conscious and lifestyle. This machine keeps you safe with an unlock indicator, which illuminates if the lid isn’t properly secured. We’ve also added 3 newly cooking programs: Hot Pot, Pasta/Boil and Sauté/Brown. Also included is a recipe book packed with delicious meals designed especially for one-pot pressure cooking. Other non-pressure functions include traditional slow cooking (with high, normal and low settings) and yogurt-making (with a high setting ideal for pasteurizing, and a low setting ideal for glutinous rice). Of course, a manual cooking mode allows you to select your own pressure and temperature levels.

Despite all the hype about Instant Pot, after a lot of research I opted for this lesser known brand as it had more options and glad I did. I've now had this for well over 2 years and it's still going strong. I'm nowhere near being an expert in the kitchen and was intimidated by all the controls but after a few uses, it really is very simple and easy. The recipe book is good as a base but I've found that most of the recipes and techniques on Youtube and Pinterest for Instant Pot can be applied to the Cosori as well. I use mainly as pressure cooker for stews, soups and rice and have yet to have a fail, even on the first try. Just saw an excellent tutorial for yogurt on Youtube and can't wait to try it with this. 2 good tips when using: After making your selection on the control panel, you must additionally press "Start" or it will just sit there. Also, when releasing the pressure, don't do it right away as soon as your dish is done and the unit beeps. Wait several minutes (time varies) until the red pin drops then use a wooden spoon or other utensil to turn the valve. I use only silicone or wood utensils to stir food in it and the stainless steel liner still looks brand new, no chips, corrosion or scratches. I handwash it only as everything cleans right off in seconds. Nothing really sticks to it but if it does, I just add hot water and dish soap and let it soak a bit. Bottom of pot was losing its shine the other day but it came back to life once I lightly scrubbed it using Barkeepers Friend liquid. It's a bit bulky but IMHO worth it to find extra space in a cabinet or countertop. I set it on a small plant holder base with wheels from Ikea and it fits perfectly so I can roll it across counter. Everyday I learn something new and I'm loving all these new appliances that help make it easier to eat at home instead of eating out.

I love my new Cosori, it is simple to use and came very quickly in the mail! I love the glass cover to see what's being kept warm, and the steamer insert with it's handy ring to lift out my goodies on it without getting burned or inconvenienced. The cooking selections are vast and adjustable...it's just great!! Easy, Easy, Easy to use!!

I have only used a couple of times but cooking in the pot has turned out well. I can't compare to other brands but have no complaints and was cheaper that name brand.

A very high-quality cooker. Sturdy all over. I like the accessories: extra seal-ring, slow-cooker lid, etc. The fact that this pot can be a slow-cooker is a big plus. Cooking is so much faster and easier with a pressure cooker.
