I bought this crock pot 2 weeks ago. I cooked 1 meal, the second meal the crockpot did not not even work. I had a previous crockpot for more than 10 years and it work great. This one, not so much. Unfortunately, I do not have the box or the receipt to take it back to the store.

I bought this Crock-Pot as a gift for a college student. Being his first time on his own I thought it would be easy and convenient for him. He texts me all the time about how much he loves it. Priceless in my book.

I have just made my first batch of seasoned Adzuki beans. These are a softer Japanese bean that do not require soaking. It took twice as much time. The recipe said to cover with water, I had to add water twice and stir five or six times. I started for an hour and a half on high, then turned it down to low. It took all night for them to cook. I don't believe a person could fill this cooker with ingredients, turn it on and come home to a home cooked supper that is ready. It is SLOW. Take the name Slow Cooker seriously, because that is exactly what it is. When the beans were finally ready, they were delicious and made a good 8 portions from 4 cups of dried beans. I only recommend this cooker if you have plenty of time.

I bought this a few months ago. Right away the handle to the lid became loose. I'm not able to tighten it or even remove the screw at all. When I pick up the lid during cooking the glass twirls because of the loose handle. I'm afraid it will fall off soon. Other than that, its a good pot.

I recently purchased the Classic Crock Pot, and the lid does not fit properly on the crock pot . I have to turn the lid a certain way in order for the lid to stop rocking on the crock pot. This is either a design flaw, or a production flaw.

My first Crock-pot was a wedding gift - that was 40 years ago! It had lots of use during those years of raising 5 children. Recently it developed some fine lines under the glaze and I thought it would be better not to use it for food anymore, though it still be used for crafts and simmering potpourri. My new Crock-pot is a welcome kitchen companion. The ability to lift out the ceramic pot is a great feature which my old one didn't have, plus I really like the Warm option which is handy for times when the food is done but one or two more straggling residents haven't gotten home in time for dinner! One suggestion I would like to make though: PLEASE - can you make the lid like the old ones - ONE MOLDED GLASS PIECE! It is more sanitary than the one you have now. Thanks!

Bought this during Thanksgiving. I've made amazing pot roasts and BBQ ribs in it. My only problem is the lid. It seems kind of small (loose around the crock) and I have to position it well so there wouldn't be a gap.

It's the perfect size for 2 adults & entertaining! We bought this crock-pot 5 years ago & use it every week. The 6 qt has been big enough for us to take Mac n cheese to potlucks, cooks up a great batch of habenero chili & even an 8lb bone-in picnic shoulder for carnitas. Love using the crock liners for an easy clean up, very easy to transport in the car.

I love this crock pot. It looks beautiful and it makes my life much easier. I just throw in the ingredients in the morning and by dinner time I have my meal done.
