Whoever thought of combining the speed of a pressure cooker with the convenience of a crockpot is a genius. Our family loves the 6qt crockpot express easy. The name says it all... easy!! Cook your family meal in one pot. Quick and easy. This product can sauté, slow cook and pressure cook just with a click of the button. Our favorite meal has been beef stew. I have never tried a multi cooker before. I was a little afraid to use at first. This Crockpot Express does so many things, I had to really thoroughly look over the manual. It also comes with a booklet that has recipes and there is a little tack for roasting food. I really liked that I can choose to cook it fast for when I forget to thaw out my meat or slower for when I have lots of things to do out of the house. It has a nonstick inside which has pluses and minuses. Plus, foodies not stick minis that it can get scratched. I made a corned beef using the pressure cooker setting. , it has a little weight thing like the old school ones. You have to remember that the first time you use it to do a pressure test on it. The corned beef turned out to be tender. The booklet had some really good easy recipies. I am still learning how to use all if it's features for cooking and am looking forward to making more dinners for my family that ar>e alot more healthier for them. It steams food too which makes the vegetables and things like rice taste so much better . This crockpot will replace my old crockpot, rice cooker , and instant. Pot . Then I have to find a place to put it because I have no countertop space or cupboard space. We are loving this express crockpot. My husband put a huge chunk of frozen meat in it our first time using it and it was a huge success. We usually slow cook meat that is thawed for about 6-8 hours. I will never go back to my old crock pot after having this crock pot express. All the separate features brown/ sauté, slow cook, dessert to steaming. This thing is an absolute gene and I absolutely love it! I've already made soups, chili beans, and steamed my veggies for my healthy dinners!!!!! Love this and highly recommend!!!! The looks and works of this product is exactly like that of the very popular Instant Pot but comes with a different price tag that pleases my wallet! Okay. So I'm new to instant pots and even this product was very easy to learn. From use to how to clean it. This product does get very hot so keep out of reach of children. But the time you save in cooking with this is heaven sent. It halfed my cook time easily and it was cooked evenly. There are auto cook functions that make set up a breeze. Ben Dying To Try One Of These! Had My Eye On Another Brand AND OMG SOOOOO GLAD I DIDN'T GET THE OTHER ONE! let me tell you guys about this badboy.. Made A Unboxing Video and Our 1st Meal Video.. We Made Baked Potatoes and Chicken wings in under and hour! Very Very Impressed.. It was so simple to learn and use my 1st time.. Make sure you read them instructions before hand .. Always keep water in before hand too at least a cup.. I have 2 other crockpots that this will replace lol because this thing can cook fast slow boil steam everything! Im so in awe over it! The other night i had frozen hamburger meat i needed asap for a late after soccer practice dinner and i put 1 cup of water in bottom put the grate up and put meat on it for 26 min.. We had cooked meat so quick! Im so excited to try some of the recipes and desserts in the book!clean up is a breeze as well its non stick coated and That Was The Best! I am a mother of 3, a full-time employee, a part-time student, and a wife. I am responsible for feeding my family a healthy dinner every night. Unfortunately, that's not always easy. My friends have raved about cooking all these great meals in their pressure cookers so I wanted to give it a try. I am sooo mad that I waited this long! I am in love with my CrockPot Express. I search for recipes so I can use it daily. There are a variety of recipes online that are super simple to follow. A lot of the recipes are a full meal cooked in the pot. Thank be recipe is for meatloaf, potatoes, and green beans. You just separate by foil. After you get it in the pot and close the lid you are done until it's ready. During that time, I can do school work or housework. After dinner, clean-up is a breeze! It is so easy to wash. It also has the slow cook option that CrockPot is famous for. If you have not purchased one of these, do yourself a favor and do it now! It has really changed how smoothly my evenings go. The food taste amazing. I was worried about it drying meats or making recipes less flavorful. It's actually the opposite! The food taste so flavorful and the meats tend to be juicy. I highly recommend this product! I had a pressure cooker before this one. It had similar features, but I'll go over what I really like about this one. First of all, it is non stick and extremely easy to clean. The cookbook includes real recipes that are so far delicious. I made beef stew for the first one and it came out perfect. I will say there were minor errors with recipe I used, the omission of instructions for diced tomatoes. Not a huge deal, based on experience I threw them in before pressure cooking stage. The lid is awesome too. It has an easy to see pressure indicator. The switch for steam release and pressure mode is easy to use. It secures nicely and gives you security in knowing it's on and in correct position. Instructions go in detail on features and how to use them. Everything it comes with fits inside and it's easy to tuck away after cleaning. Overall besides the omission on the recipe instructions, I feel this is an excellent product that lives up to the name Crock-Pot. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
