It's a top of the line coffee maker. The paint however, comes off of the buttons. I saw many reviews saying that, and experienced it myself. Other than that, I think it's one of the the best coffee makers on the market. Makes amazing coffee, and really looks awesome. Still gets 5 stars.

This coffee maker is great. It is really fast, makes good coffee. I also use it a lot for 1-4 cups of coffee and it still works out good. I also really like the sleek design.

Great coffee maker. Unlike my last cuisinart coffee maker, I love the fact that I can easily see the water level when filling and that the clock lights up. It makes a great cup of coffee and I love the look of it. My only complaint would be that the letters on the buttons are fading off. Other than that, I love it!

Over the years (don't ask), we've used just about every type of home coffeemaker available, including a Cuisinart that was hard to add water to).
This model Cuisinart (DCC 4000) is OUTSTANDING in every way — very easy to use and to wipe dry; including ; easy to see and use option buttons; and has a very attractive, interesting design. But most importantly, it makes incredibly good-tasting coffee. Highest recommendation.

I don't usually write reviews but I've used this coffee maker for about a month and I'm very happy with it. Coffee comes out tasting great and this machine not only looks great but is easy to use. I like that you can easily make as many cups as you want and that the warmer keeps the coffee nice and hot. Glad I bought it!

We bought this for a Christmas gift for the both of us. Only one fault is the coffee basket holder will not stay latched down. It seams to work ok but opens the lid and I worry that the brew stop feature my cause a overflow

I received this coffee pot for Christmas. Have always had cuisinart coffee makers, but this is by far my favorite. The glass carafe is beautiful and easy to handle. Three temperature choices, looks awesome on the counter. And, best of all makes a great cup of coffee. The only issue is I'm not sure they make replacement carafes if the original one should break.

I've been using this for a month now, its been excellent! Cool design, coffee brew temperature is very hot...hard to find this in a coffee maker at this price range. I also am impressed with the plate warmer temperatures, it keeps the full carafe hot at the low setting. Easy to clean. So far it seems very scratch resistant. most of all the coffee tastes really good.

I really like my new cuisinart dcc4000 coffee maker. I can customize coffee preferences to taste with the program options. I only regret that I cannot find a replacement 12 cup carafe. I am worried that if it breaks I will be out of a coffeemaker.
