This brewer puts out great coffee, is simple and intuitive to use and all features work well. I bought water filters For better tasting coffee, but I really can't tell the difference against a non filtered water brew. Plus, it makes 14 cups and looks good on my kitchen counter. The only reason I didn't give this product five stars is because of the limited space available to pour the water into the reservoir

This maker was a gift from my darling daughter a while back. It does exactly what it says. The best feature is the cleaning cycle as it does most of the work and lets me know when to give it a vinegar dousing. Easy as Pi! The automatic brew button works well and I have used the 'bold' button only once. The coffee initially used was a very weak coffee, so I used the 'bold' button and poof! Perfect coffee. I recommend this coffee maker.

Somewhat disappointed. One day a strange sign showed up in the display: an arrow with an arrow facing left on top of it. There was nothing to explain it in the instruction book or at the website. I sent a text to see what it was and never had a response.

Love this coffeemaker. We've used lesser priced models for years from other companies, but decided to replace it with a Cuisinart after researching coffeemakers in Consumer Reports. This programmable coffeemaker ranks well in their testing, and we can concur. The features and quality are very good.

This is the second time we purchased this same coffeemaker, the first one lasted almost 12 years but when we purchased the exact one to replace it it only lasted a 3 years, so disappointed in the quick failure compared to what I have come to expect and rely on from Cuisinart, it truly makes me question purchasing one of their products in the future!

I really like this coffeemaker except for one flaw that is driving me crazy. When the lid (top of unit) is opened all the condensation drips out and down the back of the unit. Every day I am wiping the excess water from my counter. This highly disappoints me.

So far so good! The last 2 coffee pots I have gotten works great for a couple of months and then sparadically stops working.. either the timer for the next morn doesn't work or the pot isn't all the way made and stops! So hoping this one continues to do as well as it is doing! I did buy a warranty this time
