It works well but the writing comes off the buttons after a couple weeks of use. Kind of difficult to know what the heck I'm doing and I have to guess to find the right buttons

This product (Certified Refurbished) evidently did not work for the first owner. Must have been repackaged and sold to the next sucker ( me ) it takes 10 minutes running time for a safety switch or something. to shut it down. the only thing that works ok is the broiler. the cost to return it is half what I paid for it. In the trash it goes !!
