This is a well-made food processor that works extremely well. I only wish it had a blade that processed some foods a little chunkier. I will be looking online to see if I can find other blade options for that. This works great overall, and it is made very well. Cleans semi simply, ,but be cautious of blades when cleaning.

If you cook from scratch or aspire to do so, this will be able to meet your needs for a long time. It will make quick work of a plethora of mundane kitchen tasks. It is powerful enough to handle jobs that challenge smaller units and will do small and large quantities equally well. However, it is not a small unit, and it's going to need some storage space. First time food processor users may be slightly intimidated by all the options, but the illustrated instructions make it easy to set up. Clean up is easy and storage bin keeps blades organized and safe for storing.

I used the cubing option for cheese and it broke the machine on the second use. Now the blades will spin but any pressure of food causes it to stop working. This product is made of cheap plastic. It will not last long, and not worth the price paid.

This replaced an old and much loved Pro Custom 11 that gave up the ghost after more than a decade of very heavy use. It's very powerful, and all the attachments make food prep a breeze. That the entire bowl is sealed at the bottom is a gift - no more having to hold the blade with one hand to prevent leaks! For jobs that don't require the main bowl, the bowl insert is perfect for whipping up smaller batches. The main blade sits very close to the bottom of the bowl, which ensures that no chunks of unprocessed food are sitting beneath the blade. The dicing kit and the tool case were a nice bonus. If you're looking for a workhorse in your kitchen at a reasonable price, you can't go wrong with this model. Highly recommend!

Excellent product ..I received it as a Birthday gift since my 35yr.old Cuisinart had "passed on".I keep it on my counter & use it every day. I made salsa, dough for my scones, sliced vegetables for soups ....VVery happy to have my cuisinart food processor back again...

I love my new Cuisenart! The new options are fantastic. I especially like the fact that it doesn't have a hole in it when the blade comes out. It makes for easier cleaning and safety.

This machine makes life in the kitchen so much easier. It can process the items in a short time and truly cuts down on prep time. Once you have this machine, you’ll wonder how you did without it, because you’ll use this more than your think.

This is my first ever food processor. I am learning as I go about its capabilities. thus far, it's easy to clean (hand wash, not using dishwasher). I've used the dicing feature and have realized that it has to be cleared out as I go, but works well. Saving me time and counter space while doing food prep was the objective behind buying this particular food processor. It does those things.

I like my new food processor. It took me several weeks to decide which food processor to buy but, since I had already owned a Cuisinart, I decided to go with them again. This elemental 13 cup processor is a lot bigger than I thought it would be. It does take up a little bit of room on the counter but it’s worth it to me. I love the tool box. It is so nice to be able to wash the accessories and put them right back where they belong. The locking or safety system is a little confusing at first but I have figured it out. The machine feels sturdy and has worked perfectly. It actually chops and grated in no time. I love it and would buy it again.

Bought a 13 cup food processor. After 3 to 4 months of using it, among other things, to shred Gouda cheese, the power transmission coupling in the main bowl failed. No more power could be transmitted to use any of the accessories. Household use. Only manufacturer recommended usage. Now I'm struggling with Cuisinart to make warranty valid, since I've had the appliance for 2.5 years before failure. It has great accessories. Just wish that quality could match them.

I purchased the food process in late October just in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas baking. The food process has been so much fun to use. It has made preparing desserts so much easier and saved me lots of time.

After reviewing several models, I chose this one since it has the dicing component and the nice storage options for all the accessories. It doesn't disappoint! I've been very happy with this purchase.
