This item is not as good as I thought it would be. When making pizza dough recently, the dough got under the rotating blade. What a mess that made.

This unit replaced another Cuisinart food processor that was probably 30 years old. The new unit is not nearly equal to the one replaced.

It's a good product but the lid doesn't slid on easily. Must use a lot of force and several attempts. I have ordered a replace lid and bowl.

I purchased this product about a month ago, after moving to another state. I own the 12 cup model and loved it, but didn't realize until I purchased this unit how many features I had not been using. I was so accustomed to using a mandolin, that I never thought to use the slicing disc's included with this product. However, I am using the slicing disc's more and more To slice & shred all types of vegetable. The result is perfect size vegetables and a great timesaver. I can't believe it took me all this time to utilize those desks. I absolutely love this machine.
