Processor works well, noise level is good however I have problems witht the attached chute. First off I wanted to make bread crumbs. Loaded the bowl and turned the processor on and immediately got a counter full of bread crumbs. Problem is that the chute guard is about 1/8 inch smaller than the slot, so items like fine bread crumbs, flour, sugar will fly out. Ok, put a small bowl under chute to catch the crumbs and turned the processor on, stepped away and the guard flew off and the contents of the bowl literally blew out of the chute. You have to hold the guard down, this would be a problem with chunky food like meat, vegetables etc. All in all, I like the end results but the chute is a big hastle. Also it is awkward to wash and dry. Will return for the one without the chute
