Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to store, and gets the job done quickly and well. I love this little machine! I make a homemade Caesar salad dressing often in my house, and this little food processor has cut the time it takes me way down! No more mincing garlic and chopping capers. It only takes a few seconds, and I'm done! Love it!

This is a nice smaller appliance - it's great for making mayonnaise (has dribble openings on the top), is great for chopping garlic, onions, herbs, and mixing butter or cheese with herbs, etc. Easy to clean. BUT, it is very loud and has an annoying high-pitched sound on either speed. Otherwise, it would be great.

I bought this chopper about 2 months ago and I'm loving it, it's small, doesn't take up much space. I needed to make baklava and chopped walnuts and sugar together and worked like a charm. Perfect texture! I'm glad I got it.

This my second mini prep 21 oz processor. Oh, there is nothing wrong with the first one (it's over 20 years old,) it still runs superbly. I recently moved and it's in storage and I can't get to it, so I replaced it and will give it to my grand daughter when I finally get to unpacking the storage. I love the convenience of this product. I also own a full sized Cuisinart processor, but when I only need to process a small amount, this little guy does the trick. Can't beat the price, for the quality of Cuisinart!

I bought this product recently as I was starting to cook again, It is great for me as I am only cooking for myself and do not need a large quantity. This is a downsizing from my first Cuisinart and I really like it. Sharp blades and a powerful motor make things easy.
