Cuisinart (SM-35BC) 3.5 Quart Precision Master Stand Mixer Reviews

I am new to baking and have found this wonderful machine. It seems to do everything I wanted it to do and more.

Perfect for a couple. Seems durable, has excellent power for a small stand mixer. Not much of a baker, but use it for whipped cream, prepping meatloaf, cake mixes, cookie batter and everyday types of meals. It does mix to the bottom of the bowl so not much scraping needed. Good quality materials, I think it will last a very long time. It is heavy but I can move it by myself and if you have limited counter space, this one is for you. If you are someone who needs all the bells and whistles, you may want the expensive brand, but I've been told a lot of the kitchen*** accessories do fit the hub.

I have only used my mixer once, so far. It was used to make cookie dough. I was very impressed with how well it mixed the dough without me having to scrape the sides of the mixing bowl. It was a nice bonus to add the dry ingredients without having the flour mixture fly in the air. I am really happy with the mixer & would recommend it to anyone.

Love the power of my mixer. My only concern is that it is a bit difficult to add or remove the attachments. There is a spring involved and pushing and turning at the same time. Not too crazy about that. Otherwise. It's easy to clean and operate, doesn't take up a lot of room since I don't have much space anyway, and blends in nicely with my white background and major appliances. I selected the white mixer even though the red one was cheaper.

This mixer does everything that the larger 5 quart machines do without taking over your entire kitchen.

Perfect size & weight if you are limited in weight pickup. Great deep bowl and power for getting job done. Say to manage & clean. Attachments a bit hard to find for purchase and types available limited, thus 4 stars. Overall, very pleased with mixer.

I am very pleased with this mixer - just what I was looking for. There are only 2 of us, so I didn't want a 5qt size. I also have a pasta maker and an ice cream maker, so I wasn't interested in a lot of attachments, but it is nice that I can get these if my others wear out. I like the planetary action of the beaters and these beaters are not just an outside beater but have a bar running through it so I feel it mixes better. The weight of this mixer is also a plus because I keep it under the counter and it is easy to lift out.

I'm am so glad that I decided to purchase this particular mixer! I absolutely love my red Cuisinart Stand Mixer... It is so much more powerful (350 watt motor) than even the cheapest Kitchenaid Stand Mixer and comes with everything I personally need! It comes with a paddle (for things like heavier cakes, pie crusts and even meatloaf) a dough hook (for all of your heavy dough mixing) and a whisk (great for things like light cakes, meringue and even whipped potatoes)... that are very easy to attach to the accessory port. The 3.5 quart stainless steel bowl (with a handle) is large enough for most jobs, but still easy to handle. There are also some additional attachments that are available to purchase separately... the available port attachment tools available include a Large Meat Grinder, a Spiralizer and two pasta maker attachments (sold separately) making it a very versatile kitchen appliance indeed! The lightweight head tilts with ease. I can now make bread dough and pizza dough with ease... and just about anything else! Now homemade whipped cream or meringue is a piece of cake. I love the splash guard that it comes with, as well. A blue light ring indicates that the mixer is in operation mode. Much less cleanup involved! I purchased a stand cover that was made for a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer and it fits perfectly. I only wish there were as many accessories as the Kitchenaid Stand Mixer. It's small enough for my tiny kitchen, but is light enough to move around, if needed... and I LOVE the color too! This is one of the best purchases that I have ever made. The Cuisinart Stand Mixer also comes with a Three Year Warranty... Thanks for such a great deal and quality product!

It's a perfect size & light weight so you can move it easily to your baking area. The price is right.

I bought it a month ago and happy I did. Now I can bake in the night, during news (prime time). I doesn't make any noisy sound
