We have had it one year and it still works. The plastic over the key pad is worn out over the start and end buttons.

Solid unit. Interior larger than it seems. Heats reliably. The programmable timer and power level adjustment easy to use. The one touch function for the 1, 2 and 3 minute cook time convenient. I also use the "+ 30 sec" feature on the start button often. "Frozen Vegetable" function steams frozen vegetables to perfection. My husband likes that it beeps to remind you it is done and then does not beep again. Only flaw is that the light interior has stained and I haven't found a product to remove the stains.

We do not cook big meals in the Microwave. We use it to heat coffee and other liquids. I do like several features that we use all the time. Reheat does a great job on leftovers. Using the Potato button is a great way to make baked potatoes of any size and variety. The unit has performed well.

Love almost everything about this microwave (it just beeps 3 times when finished cooking & opening the door doesn't interrupt the beeps so if you're trying to make a hot chocolate in the middle of the night--it will beep unless you catch it before the completion time--not a deal breaker). Looked at a bunch before deciding on this one & it's awesome in color, size, warranty, abilities--I especially like that you can push just one button & have it cook for 30 sec or 1,2,3 min automatically. The cook timer is a little tricky the 1st time you do it--just read the owner's manual--anyone could figure it out (just remember to put a zero in front of the time i.e. 0430 (for 4 min 3 sec). Intuitively operable machine. Thanks Danby! It was hard to find in local stores. Finally, Costco had it for a few days online--worth tracking down as most of the others on the market are junk (I did end up returning 3 prior to this purchase for either blowing the breaker, having no interior light (a deal breaker for me) or just being cheaply made.

I am very pleased with Danby performance. Easy to use and heats food or drinks quickly. I have tried others and their performance is not as good.

This microwave gets lots of use in our office kitchen and seems up to the task. Only drawback is that it "growls" as the turntable revolves, which is annoying.

The microwave works as expected. However, the plastic covering over the numbers has a flaw. The covering bubbled up and is now pealling.

Had to return this item because when it came it and was plugged in, it was ON. Microwave would NOT go OFF. Package was a wreck. You would never have this on the shelf. No Good but nice return people.

Got the first one of these from FedEx, and it was smashed enroute. Before sending it back, noticed the turntable shaft was missing. Replacement by Walmart was relatively painless. And just received the replacement: FedEx didn't destroy this one, but it was missing the turntable shaft (to make the turntable work) again ! Phoned the Danby company in Ohio, and after numerous questions to prove we really bought the microwave (including sending them receipts !)*, we were informed the part is out of stock. * Who would fake buying one just to get a part which couldn't be used for anything else ? So, now we got to wait a week before Danby receives the part to send us. At this rate about two weeks before we receive it ! Apparently an entire run of these microwaves were shipped without this part. We'll never buy anything made by Danby again. Other than the above, the microwave looks and feels cheap. Walmart ought to discontinue Danby products.
