I've had this a couple weeks and have been testing out a few different foods in it. We started with chicken nuggets for the kids and they turned out great in 12 minutes. Last night we put the fully cooked sausages in it for about 10 minutes and they were perfect. This has helped us prepare dinner a lot quicker without heating up the oven and house. One thing I will mention is that you shouldn't use this while positioned under your cabinets. Since the venting is on top, it heated the wood cabinets. Impressive. Chicken wings came out brown and crispy! Hamburger patties needs to be flipped while cooking. Downside: Can only cook 1 meal item at a time.

I have heard many good things about air fryers and now that I own one, I must agree. This air fryer is touch screen and very modern looking. It is also the perfect size for cooking many different dishes. I love how when you open the lid after cooking it is not hot to the touch. I also like that the trays come out of the fryer for very easy clean up. If you are in the market for an air fryer I highly recommend this machine! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

It's good overall, considering the cost and the size of it, and compared to Philips which could cost me triple the cost. It's basically a small convection oven, it does the job rather than having to use the bigger oven to cook a small amount of food. It works for me, the only con I can say is the outside cooks faster than the inside so some food can burn.

I have made tater tots with it and they do get crispy. I have also cooked fish and pork fritters. I haven't gotten the pork fritter thing down and it is difficult to tell when they are done. Overall, I purchased this to cook without oil. It appears to do that well. But, there will be some experimenting to learn how to cook with this tool. Not everything cooks at the same speed as being in oil.

I will try anything to reduce fat in my cooking. Although I am a "butter fanatic", I have reached the age where the taste of deep fried food is overshadowed by the problems digesting and shedding the pounds. So I purchased the air fryer with the hopes that I could have the deep fried taste without the after effects. First thing I noticed was the size. It is very large. Too big to have on my counter from day to day. It looks exactly like the hair blow dryers we used in the 50's and 60's. In fact, I would not be surprised if the design was taken from one. The second thing that I noticed is when you lift the top, it becomes top heavy. I tried to just push it back a half inch on my counter and it fell over backward. No harm done but I was glad that it was empty. The third thing I noticed was the handle of the fry basket snaps down in the front so it is flush with the front of the air fryer. This is probably my favorite feature. When you are ready to handle the food it simply snaps up into a handle to lift the basket. Another feature I really love are the handles on the side of the pan. They make it really easy to pick up and remove the pan. I have tried wings, french fries, and I will be doing pork chops tonight. I was able to put 6 full wings in the basket. They were a little snug, but I was able to get them all in a single layer. I had dried and seasoned the wings and I set them for 25 minutes on the meat setting. After the buzzer when off, I opened the machine and tested a wing tip. It did not move loosely, so I put them back for another 15 minutes. The wings came out and I checked the pan. There was a little grease there but not overly so. The wings were cooked completely with a few golden brown areas. But they were mostly grey and tan. They tasted delicious. I dumped in some store bought french fries without cleaning the pan. They were pretty good but they did not get "golden brown", mostly grey and brown. I served them with a dab of butter on them to give them the "fried" taste. I will cook the pork chops tonight, but I'm pretty sure that they will come out ok. I think it is a good product but the results are going to be very similar to what you can do in your oven. For that truly golden brown result you need to use some kind of shortening/grease. But the flavor was pretty good overall. My advice: if you have an oven, use it and save your money. This air fryer works great but it takes a lot of room on your counter and the results will be the same as cooking in your oven and reducing the fat. But if you really want that golden brown look and crisp exterior, you will not get it with the air fryer. Enjoy!

I LOOOOOOOVE this Air Fryer. It will hold an entire bag of french fries at one time. I have made bacon, French Fries, Hamburgers, chicken, and pork chops in mine. If mine broke, I would buy another today. I would recommend to anyone!!
