I had this crock pot for only two years and it was used no more than 8 times. Today when I tried to use it - it did not heat properly and after a day of trying to book bean soup, I needed to just cook it on the stove. The locking mechanism makes removing the lid cumbersome. The timer did not keep the correct time.

The Crockpot works well. I gave it a lower score because of the locking mechanism is makes removing the lid somewhat cumbersome. It isn't too difficult, Programming is limited to 30-minute increments for whichever heat setting is chosen. No auto on and no programming from one heat setting to another.

Received on schedule. Love that there are other purchasing options other than amazon. Walmart also has free deliveries.

This crockpot was very poorly designed. The rubber feet broke and fell off with in just a couple uses. The lid screws are very loose and fall into the dish you are making. Getting the lid off is tricky and cumbersome. The unit does heat well. Also it has a good seal. Other than that, I would not buy one of these again. I have a large family and make meals for my husbands work. So I was looking for a large crockpot and one that traveled well. This was not it.

The product achieved what it said it would. The size was perfect for carrying a large quantity of a hot food. The locking lid prevented spills and the handles made it easy to carry. The locking device remains on the lid and is fragile and has to be treated with special care when washed or stored separately.

The slow cooker arrived with a defective ceramic insert. One end of the oval insert (casserole) was fine while the other end was very warped. I did not even get to use it. I was very unhappy with the quality especially with its price. With tax I spent $74 and change. I gave this 3 stars because a few other reviews have been favorable. I won't buy another one.

It's a pretty plain cooker, just with locking lid. It doesn't perform any better than my older, less expensive slow cooker. It definately is not worth the price. The screws were all very loose on the lid handles and locks. They weren't even hand tight. I had to take a screwdriver to all of them to tighten them up to function. It's pretty, but it's not worth the money.
