The Smartypants mommy tries making pasta in her electric pressure cooker for the first time. You can look up a recipe for pressure cooker macaroni and cheese on Allrecipes.com if you want a recipe with exact measurements. I didn't use that recipe, but it's the recipe I based mine on. For the macaroni and cheese that I made (if you're okay with winging it a little) I used 1 lb of pasta, 2 cups of water, 1 cup of heavy cream, about 8 oz of Velveeta (cubed), 5 slices of sharp cheddar cheese, ground mustard, paprika, and a touch of cayenne pepper. I also used Johnsonville jalapeno and cheddar sausages, sliced up and added to the pressure cooker pot.
