I purchased this product on June 29, 2017, accepted delivery and installed it for use in August. After less than three years of use, it no longer works. The microwave continually trips the breaker as described by other reviewers. The breaker was replaced to confirm that the issue lies with the microwave's attempt to pull too much power, from it's dedicated breaker. My family purchased a complete set of kitchen appliances in 2017 with the expectation that we were paying a premium price to purchase a quality product that would last. I called Frigidaire before posting here to find out if there were any recalls on this item due to the numerous reviews indicating this exact problem. I was told there are no recalls and that the company will not stand behind it's product beyond the initial warranty period. A disappointing lesson learned. There is no point in purchasing a product with any expectation of quality and reliability over time. A sad statement.

I bought the professional series appliances for home remodel and the microwave has been replaced twice and now it fails to start at all. It appears the wiring from the unit to the door has frayed. Ice maker in the door of the refrigerator has quit working too. I will look for other brands next time I purchase and not rely on the name Frigidaire anymore. There's no one close to us to repair. I brought the professional series convection oven microwave 4 years ago and handle broke off with normal use. Learned handle can not be replaced without replacing to entire door assembly, over $400.00. Researching internet found this is a common failure point of the product. Will never purchase Frigidaire products again.

We got the entire Frigidaire Professional line, like many people on this review board, thinking that the premium line would ensure reliability. But it seems that we have the same door power loss issue that many people reported. Power cable to the door looks frayed. The microwave light comes on but the door has no power, meaning we have a fairly expensive brick above our stove. Would appreciate a resolution from Frigidaire on this design flaw.

This OTR Microwave was only being used as a simple microwave and was always difficult to open. This microwave broke down after 2 years of usage. As soon as the microwave is plugged into an electrcal outlet, it trips the circuit breaker. Upon diagnosis, we needed to replace the worn out latch bracket and added silicone dry lubricant to allow a smoother door opening. This professional grade and expensive microwave should not be broken just beyond the 1-year warranty period. I had to replace the door (keypad issues) two times before I finally received a brand new microwave. Then about a year after having my replacement microwave the plastic component that supports the microwave dish started to melt. I also had several issues with my refrigerator that was part of this professional series also junk.

Easy to use and works well. Only thing we don't care for is the blue color clock and the microwave seems pretty big even though it isn't much bigger than any other microwave out there really. We have had this over the cooktop microwave/convection oven for 3 months and truly don't know how I managed without it! Practical and easy to use selection features take the guesswork out of the food groups being cooked. The powerful exhaust fan removes all cooking odors to leave kitchen fresh.
