George Foreman Super Champ Electric Grill Reviews

This grill works reasonably well - but it is TINY! I made hamburgers to fit on regular-sized, commercial buns. Only 2 patties fit on the grill at the same time. This size is appropriate to cook only 1 or at most 2 portions at a time. If I had known that, I never would have purchased it.

My old two-item George Forman grill was showing its age (I've had it since they were first introduced), so I purchased the 4-serving grill. It's great to be able to cook more at once. I also love that it has an on-off switch. It heats quickly and the food cooks quickly and deliciously. Having had a GF grill for so long, I know to place a very damp paper towel on the UNPLUGGED grill when you finish cooking--it makes clean-up easier. My only complaint is there should be suggested cook times for more types of food.

I owned one for many years, but I destroyed the little grease tray by exposing it to to much heat. Happy to get my new replacement, and it is working well. I enjoy the fact that this new version has an on-off switch which is a convenient addition. I live alone, so this is sized just right for me. If your cooking for a larger amount of people it may be wise to check out the other models available. I'm sure that quality wise they will be a happy investment regardless of the model you use, and clean up is a breeze that only takes minutes.

When I first lifted the lid I thought it was broken because it was loose,and it moved sideways. I was expecting a hinge of sorts. Turned on according to directions and waited. When it was time I placed my sausage on and that thing was SMOKING hot! Wow! After 5 minutes I lifted and saw all that fat and these were turkey sausage! 5 minutes more the light went out( was not expecting that) Turned off took the sausage out and they were cooked through! These were turkey Italian sausage by the way.

This is a good entry level grill if you want to try it. I wish I had bought a higher level model--one with detachable grills which can be cleaned--and one with temperature control. Also, this size is OK for a single person. But if you have 2 or more people in the house, I would recommend a larger cooking area. The cooking results are excellent and it take only 25% the time as grilling in the oven. In addition, most of the fat is drained off during the grilling.

This is my first grill and I am so happy I bought it. It cooks everything so fast and evenly. It's easy to clean as well. It also comes with automatic shut off so your food wouldn't be over cooked. This is the perfect grill for everyone.

Quality, Price, and Durability-they are ten-rounders. There is no comparison when it comes to a George Foreman Grill. The previous one did not break down, wear out or lose its ability to do the job. We stepped up in size - bigger is better so that veggies, onions, peppers can accompany the meat.

I have been using George Foreman grills ever since they first came out. I have had several and got my investment back in all of them. I wouldn't go without one, and didn't think my daughter (who was recently married) should either. That's why I am on this site ordering her one. Everything I cook on them turns out great.

I own this version of the George Foreman grill. We love it at our house. It heats evenly edge to edge. I love the on/off switch too plus light indicator. I personally can't see any reason for a low rating on it. I've owned the original grill too. We gave it to our son when he moved out.. He loves it too. I rate them both at an A+++++++

I received this as a gift from my girlfriend when I moved into my new studio apartment. Tested it out with some pork chops. Could not have been more satisfied with how it performed. Easy to use, fairly easy to clean, this is exactly what I needed for my first apartment!
