GoWISE USA 3.2-Liter 4th Generation Electric Air Fryer with Touchscreen Reviews

I am just starting to be able to use this Air Fryer. I had nine teeth pulled and upper false teeth and have been only able to eat soft foods. I have cooked frozen French fries and they turned out good. Will learn more as I go. Hopefully, solid foods are just around the corner.

I received this as a gift 2 years ago on Mother's Day and now it just STOP working. I had just used it 2 days prior. I guess after the warranty ends so do the Air Fryer.

I purchased this item after reading a review in America's Test Kitchen magazine on air fryers. This unit was the "best value". The "best buy" was almost $200 more. After using the air fryer the first time, I realized that the air vent at the back of the unit puts out very hot air and the unit needs to be moved more than the recommended 5" from a wall. Though the unit fits nicely under the kitchen cabinets, the unit should not be used while placed under the kitchen cabinets due to the hot air released from the back air vent. I touched the underside of the cabinet, and it was hot to the touch. I strongly recommend that oven mitts be used on each hand as the unit gets hot and the basket can be also be hot. (All to be expected when the units is cooking at 400 degrees.) I have prepared chicken wings, brussel sprouts, and french fries in the unit. All came out very tasty and nothing was dried out. I also roasted heads of garlic and bell peppers. When cooking with the air fryer, it is best to stay in the kitchen with the unit as the food browns quickly. I wish I had two of these units so that I could cook a meat item and a vegetable item at the same time.

This GoWISE USA - Touch Screen 3.7-Quart 7-in-1 Air Fryer is awesome. It makes our food nice and crisp and cuts the cook item to less than half. The touch control pad makes it easy to program cook time so very simple too. The nonstick surface makes it easy to clean the basket also. I'd HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking into getting an Air Fryer!

I have made so much in this already and I absolutely love it. Right out of the box the instructions are simple to understand and the air fryer itself is very simple to use. It comes with a detailed cookbook to help you get started and has endless possibilities! I’ve made crispy tofu, a blooming onion and sweet potato fries! The touchscreen is responsive and I like that the basket has a clip that goes over the release button so that you don’t accidentally drop the pan under it. Clean up was a breeze as well. The extra oil, food drippings bubbled right up and fell out of the pan. I didn’t need to scrub to hard to get it thoroughly clean. It is the perfect size to make two generous servings for my husband and I! Also you can’t beat a healthier way to enjoy fried foods & no grease all over stove and cabinets is a huge win! This GoWise USA air fryer has exceeded my expectations. I love the touch screen and how easy it is to use and that I can either use one of the preset settings or customize my settings for whatever I need. You definitely get all the flavor of a fryer without all the fat which is amazing and this product is extremely versatile. You can make traditional fried foods or use it for toasting sandwiches or even baking a cake. This is a total kitchen game changer. I have never used a kitchen appliance more than I use this air fryer. Right out of the box it is easy to set up (Don’t forget to remove the cardboard inside). The touch screen functions are easy to navigate, and the basket itself is roomy and easy to clean. Perfect portions for my family of five. I have made everything from salmon to fried Twinkies, and everything has come out perfect. Comes with an amazing book with air fryer recipes with very easy recipes inside.I am definitely on the road to a healthier lifestyle, and happier kids, with this air fryer. This was given to me as a gift three months ago. I use it so much I haven't had to put it away. I love this appliance, cleans up great and doesn't over heat the kitchen. My family uses it from reheating to cooking. The microwave is no longer being used.

I have never used one of these but I was looking for a better alternative to deep fat frying and I think I have found it. I have only made French fries and they were very good but not a crisp at I would like. I guess I will just have to practice with it.

Prepared fries. Some were done, some half-done, and some almost raw. Not a good buy. You still have to use oil in this unit. Not good when you have coronary artery disease.
