I'm writing this review on faith as the popper is a gift and I won't really know until after Christmas! It arrived quickly and sooner than expected! So the service is great!! I recommend buying from jet! Great price and great service!!

Great popcorn machine if you are looking for a larger unit for your church or social group or just to have the look and operation of a theater type machine in your home. Very easy to set up and started popping corn right away. Easy to clean too. Came with everything that was needed except popcorn. The description at the time said it would have popcorn included, but it didn't. Had to run to the store for that. But looks like you can order packages of popcorn from the manufacturer online. Very happy with this unit so far. Only used it once.

The ceiling was damaged and the company said they would send a replacement part so i could fix it myself. i wanted the whole item replaced or for them to have it repaired since i bought the product brand new. I also found the exact same product $30 dollars cheaper at a home repair store and they would not price match the price. very disappointed with all the service and the pop corn machine.
