My girlfriend has a small restaurant and mixes a lot of meatloaf and filling for Hog Maw which most of you probably never heard of. Anyhow the mixer gets it done far easier than doing it by hand. It took a few minutes to figure out how the auger comes out but it is quite easy to clean. It seems well made and quite sturdy.

the size specs are in inches but the truth is the size is in cm, much more smaller than you can imagine
