Cooks a little hot. Items that state 4 minutes may only take 3 1/2.
The only 'DING' would be you can't hear the 'DING' using the timer function. It only sounds once and is very quiet and very brief. If you're not standing by it, you won't hear it! Also, the blue display is not conducive to 'old eyes' seeing the detail in the numbers in the dark. Might have researched that one a little better Hamilton Beach.

The microwave is good. The size fits on the counter very well. I did cook a baked potato in it, I was surprised to see so much moisture on the inside top of micro. The two potatoes came out good.
So far so good on the performance of the micro.

This microwave is ok except I am not using it right now because the cord in the back of the microwave came loose and stopped working. It needs a better design to hold the cord in place so it won't move.

It is a beautiful microwave, but it arrived with a scratch next to the clock and a few small imperfections. Works well so far but does make a loud noise upon turning on.

I absolutely LOVE this microwave! I ordered 2 microwaves before this one that were damaged by the carrier during shipping... both times! Walmart made it all right! So when I ordered this one I ordered it for pick up in the store!
It's so easy to use and looks really nice in my kitchen!! it is the perfect size and GREAT quality with really cool features! It does have a pretty loud hum when it first starts but after about 2 seconds it quiets down and remains pretty quiet throughout the cooking time. I am totally pleased with this purchase and totally recommend this microwave!!
