Family must have for a big bowl of popcorn on movie night. Melt the butter in a bowl in your microwave and poor it through vent while it stirs the popcorn. Or use room temperature butter, straight from the fridge cold butter doesn't melt very well.

Was awesome for 3 months now we're lucky if it pops a third of the popcorn. Quite a waste for what was the best popper I've ever used for a few months. I would recommend skipping this one

We Love It! The instructions are a bit short on the amount of oil to add, but once we figured that out, we make some seriously awesome gourmet popcorn!

I love this Hamilton Beach Hot Oil Popcorn Popper...My suggestion is to add more oil than is suggested otherwise the popcorn may burn. I also add the butter after I put the popcorn in the bowls instead of adding from the top of the cooker. We have had this popper for over a year and I purchased 2 more for our kids who attend college in a different state.

Recently purchased a new ceramic top range and had to change my method of making popcorn. Could no longer shake my old pot on the burner so purchased this electric popper. I am happy with the result and it happens so fast. To top it off you can then eat the poopcorn right out of the lid. Love it.

Did not pop the popcorn good at all. Only 15-20 kernels popped. Used it twice, did the same both times.

Took a few trial runs to see how much popcorn it took to make a full popper of it but it pops every kernel every time! I have not found even one 'old maid' yet! Looks good sitting on the counter too. I like the design of the handles over previous models of stir poppers I have owned because they are not right down at the hot surface but raised above it so they do not melt nor do you burn your fingers trying to remove the base from the top once it is turned over. LOVE IT! I highly recommend it. I use it daily.

It's a lot easier then popping corn on the stove but you have to use a little extra oil then what it says to get the max cernles to pop.i really like it.i would recamend this to anyone who eats as much popcorn as I do.
