Love this coffee maker. Its a bit slower than my old one but a lot hotter! I would buy it again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a bit slow.

Seamed like a good alternative to the over priced Keurig that had worked near 4 yrs for me till it died. Got it home, took it out of box, filled the reservoir with 40oz pure water to purge and clean. Selected 14oz cup size, pushed brew and made a racket but the water wasn't going down in the reservoir. Tried another 10-15 times.. nothing. Then it worked.. wather went down and filled the cup but as cold as water that was in reservoir. Retried another 10 to 15 times. Same as before, water wasnt going down in reservoir and no water came out into cup. Packed it up, bringing it back and getting my money back. Going back to Keurig. You get what you pay for.

This coffeemaker is easy to use. The option of using either a k-cup or ground coffee makes it a great brewer for a personal choice selection. The size and design fits perfect on the kitchen counter.

Excited to start using this new pot but when I used my Great Value k-cup it explode when the hot water hit it and coffee grinds went everywhere! The ‘trouble shooter’ answer- buy a different brand. I happen to have a different brand, tried it, and the same thing happened. :(

I've used the coffee maker for several days now. It's very easy to use. It makes a good cup of coffee. The brewing time isn't as fast as advertised, but still very good. I like that the on/off button is right up front and easy to get to. I also like that the brewing light goes out when your coffee is done. The coffee maker also looks good. It's well designed.

Purchased this 10 days ago and I've tried both methods of brewing. I originally purchased to use the K-Cup option. After using K-Cups 2 times on the 3rd time (same kind of pod) coffee grounds were spewing out of the top and it was a mess! I cleaned very well. Took it apart just like directions said and tried again and it did it again...So i purchased a different brand of K-Cup and still did it...The ground coffee option works great..but like I said I purchased this to mainly use the K-Cup option. Going to return to store but have no idea what to buy... I dont want to buy a Keurig!
