The only issue I have had is that sometimes the full sensor says that the container is full of ice but it isn't. Besides this, the machine provides good quality ice during the whole day!!!

if i could give less i would. it worked for 1 hour before the heating element that releases the ice cubes went out. started the online return and still dont have my money back. thought this had decent reviews until i googled the stupid thing and it was nothing but bad review after bad review. save your money and get something else...

I liked everything about the Ice Maker except it doesn't have a cooling unit on it to keep the ice cold while making more ice so I transfer the ice to the freezer before the complete cycle of making all ice is complete.

This unit starts making ice very fast but does not keep it frozen while it continues to make more cubes. By the time basket is ready to empty most of the ice is melting and when you put it in the freezer it all sticks together in one big blob. I would not recommend this unit.

IT it beautiful. Makes ice fast. sometimes the ice gets caught when moving forward to dump in the tray. but its pumping out ice every 15 minutes. great for small groups.

I ordered Steel color and received RED. The ice cubes get stuck and do not drop into the basket so ends up melting the ice in basket. Probably would not buy this brand again.

I've had it about a week. So far, love it. Ice, ice, baby!! So nice to have bagfuls in the freezer. Even if I run out, the Igloo pops out cubes in 7 minutes, pretty neat. I use filtered water, so these are great tasting cubes.
