This item did not come with a filter. We cannot even use it until we go purchase one. Did not say in the description that a filter had to be purchased separately. Very disappointed

Love this coffee maker I have been wanted it for month! Perfect choice love my coffee in the morning with these coffee maker! I am so happy I got it! I would def recommend it!

I compared this to the cuisinart and this one looked easier to close and less complicated. I ordered it to replace our other Keurig that quit working. It was probably 4 years old. I think I made a good choice.

Arrived on Mother's Day which was early. I've always wanted one of these. Kids love hot chocolate. We tried it and it was easy to get ready and use. Can't wait for my kids to make a cup. The packaging was in good condition and nothing wrong with the item. I will always buy from this company. It's trustworthy even during the pandemic of 2020 in the months everything is shut down. I have had this keurig for almost 3 years from now. It runs very well. You will have to clean a bit often. But although I very well recommend this product!

I love this machine. This is my 2nd one and its awesome. The colors are great and a large selection to choose from. It works great. Just make sure you are cleaning it at least 1 time every month to make it last. If you don't the calcium buildup from the water will cause the machine to break and you will have to buy a new one like I did. Great price also.

I bought this thing brand new. Opened it up and admired everything about it. I used it two times for two days straight and on the third day nothing happened. It would turn on, light up and then shut off. I was DONE so I returned it. I would not recommend buying this item.

Great for office. But for my personal office love the fact that it has large reservoir for water so I don?t have to constantly refill.

My original k classic totally stopped working sooo I bought a new one & I luv it!! The features are so updated.very easy to use!!!!

I am very happy with the coffee pot I wish the reservoir was larger but that's not a biggie I had a much larger one used it for five years and it was used a lot this was on sale at a very good price I have to fill the reservoir a little more but I have lots of water so I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone who is in the market for one
