We replaced our classic keurig with this duo keurig. We love having the ability to brew a pot for the family while each person can also have something different. It has a big reservoir which requires less filling. The biggest drawback for us is the extremely short power cord. It says it's fine to connect to an appropriate extension cord, but I would have preferred a longer one to start with. We have added an extension cord and makes it much easier to add water as it sits under the upper counters in our kitchen. Love the convenience of both a pot and the single cup. Would have liked a longer cord. Turns off automatically after 2 hours, but turning it off is a little more complicated, we're having to retrain the kids on how to turn it off.
