The KitchenAid Pro Line Series 7 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer features a powerful, 1.3 HP Motor. Horsepower for our mixer motors was measured using a dynamometer, a machine laboratories routinely use to measure the mechanical power of motors. Our 1.3 horsepower (HP) motor reference reflects the horsepower rating of the motor itself and not the mixer’s horsepower output to the mixer bowl.

This robust motor, the backbone of our new mixer, delivers. 44 HP to the bowl enabling your mixer to deliver consistent power to small and large loads with less heat build-up; resulting in years of dependable mixing. When combined with and guided by our new advanced motor control board, this is our longest lasting and most efficient motor yet. Simply put, our new, highly efficient, special purpose motor delivers the power you need when you need it.

I have always love kitchenaid stand mixers not only because it's beautiful colors but because of the high quality and durability. My mom owns one but I don't recall how old It may be, maybe from the 80's -90's. My first kitchenaid that I own was the “classic series” which I bought in 2003 for my cooking class .Sadly , I sold it to get the new “artisan” but I wish I could it kept it. I have always Dream to buy 7 pro line mixer . The reason was because I bake a lot And I need bigger bowl. On April 19 , I finally made that investment . I'm so please , happy and overwhelm on how quite it is. All this photos are from my new Kitchenaid Pro 7- frosted white pearl. It has a beautiful sheen like an ocean pearl .All I have to said is , You will be in love with it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I finally upgraded from my 5qt Artisan mixer and I am so in love. I am a pastry cook and needed a bigger bowl and more power for doughs and larger batches. The 7qt handles the job perfectly and quietly. The only thing I have trouble with is hooking in the bowl easily. I'm used to the ease of tilt head bowl but I'm sure once I break in the new mixer I will no longer have that problem. I've already recommended the pro series mixer to my fellow bakers. I bake every week - sometimes more. Bread, bagels, brioche-you name it, I bake it. I spend a lot of time and expect a lot out of with my mixer so it has got to be the best. That's why I chose KitchenAid and especially this model. When not in use she sits quietly in the corner but when us pals are baking together, she's a dynamo! I love my mixer! I just got my pro line 7 qt stand mixer three days ago. So far I have whipped aquafaba to make a vegan cake and it worked perfectly. I love the size And the fact that it is not noise at all. Soon, I will be making many loaves of bread. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My husband bought the 8 quart size bowl and I love it. I use this stand mixer on a daily bases. My old mixer died after 25 years of use. I never run out of space when doubling or tripling the recipe. I have made several cakes, frostings, ice cream, sorbet, cookies, etc. during the last month. Last night I made 72 cup cakes with frosting for Rachael's Women's Center downtown. Thank you for making the best mixer ever! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I had been baking up a storm with my new mixer. It accommodates a double recipe without fail! No over flow and all the batter mixes up perfectly. I've made cookies, cakes and bread with the mixer and I wish I had this size sooner! It makes baking a quick and fun process (and it is not loud so I can start early in the morning and not wake the family!) (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

only had this for a month and only made chocolate chips cookies but made a huge batch and the mixer handled it perfectly. The motor is considerably more quiet than my old one. Hubbie purchased some pasta maker add-ons, will be testing them out soon! Love the matte black too! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I got this for my Birthday. My husband surprised me with Kitchenaid Pro line series 7 quart bowl lift Stand mixer as he knows how long i gave wanted one as my old breville stand mixer cannot take heavy mixing especially dough as it shakes and you have to hold it to prevent it from dropping to the floor. I was right! Kitchenaid Pro line 7 quart is great. I tested it by making my brioche bread and it was amazing. I used the dough hook and it turned out perfect. Anyone who wants a heavy duty and great quality for the price, i would recommend on investing in a Kitchenaid. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This is the perfect buy if you want to be able to raise the bar in terms of quality of cakes, breads you make. The machine is extremely stable making very little noise and it's easy to clean. Very happy with this purchase and especially with the amazing quality and look of Kitchen Aid mixers. Will recommend 100 percent! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Did a ton of research and found this to be the best bang for the buck. My wife is in culinary school as a baking and pastries major so she is constantly experimenting and tweaking her recipes and this is the staple tool. Purchased this one after our 42 year old kitchenaid mixer finally died. Couldn't be happier!
