I purchased this 5 cup food processor in the past month & so pleased with it. I use it primarily for chopping up nuts, egg shells, raw carrots for my dogs. It does the job quickly & efficiently. I like the slim size of it & wrap around cord. Looks good on my countertop. Was a bit of a learning curve to how to assemble it but once I read & followed the instructions it was easy. I love my new food processor. I use it once or twice a week to make hummus and other creamy sauces. It makes it very easy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This is our second kitchen aid food chopper. The last one we had was a 3 cup. Used it all of the time. Needed one with more room so yes we purchased the same model just with a 5 cup chopper. You will love this!! Easy to use and you can make lots of things from scratch. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I received this as a Mother's Day gift. I have used it multiple times and think that it is great. I also own a miniature one which is only good for herbs and onions or garlic. The large one is great but I think I will be using this one more. 5 stars. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I read the reviews and decided to buy this anyway. I'm glad I did! This is great! I just gather that people just really don't read instructions. I didn't have any issues with using this. It's a great size for me because I really don't need a big processor but need something bigger than a 1 or 2 cup. I've made salsa, pesto, chopped onions, etc. I like using the handle to operate, it's convenient to me. I hand wash this so I can't speak on dishwasher use but I'd recommend this.

I like the 5 cup because all the other ones and or too big and I wish it had an a cheese shredder but the shoots hope they come with an accessory for that because my kids only have so much counterspace and space and the larger for processes are too big for only two people in my household hope they put it in the count and accessories for it for shutting etc. not that would be great I've seen on other brands but I like how the KitchenAid looks and I wish I had more colors as well and a 5 cup

We purchased this model January 2019. We were so excited about the smaller size and got rid of our older food processor that we had for over 16 years. We only used this one about once every two weeks. But last time we used it, the push button on the handles did not work. A connection is lost somewhere, but it is not obvious to us where. After only 1 year and 4 months, it doesn't work. Now we wish we still had to old one, which was a very good quality.

I've had this chopper for about one month now and have used it several times. It replaced a two cup Kitchen Aid chopper. The unit itself is a nice size and weight. The cord wraps around the bottom. It slips together easily. It does not work unless you line everything up correctly and click it into place which is a safety feature. The blade is not fixed and does fall out when you empty the contents. The chopper feature is great. It actually does chop instead of smash. It also has a purée feature. I'm very pleased with the unit. It is a very handy five cup size is perfect for my needs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We bought this to replace a previous KitchenAid (we still have after 15 years) because this offers very nice features! The S Blade of the older one has gotten a little dull and we couldn't find a replacement blade. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This chopper is small but extremely effective. I found myself using it to chop up onions and garlic for meatballs quickly. I also used it to chop up fresh herbs and it was extremely effective. I have a very large food processor that is a pain to clean, but this 5 cup chopper cleans up in a breeze! I greatly appreciate that the blade and whipping attachment are stored in the cup. When I want to use it, all of the pieces are there and I don't have to hunt around in a cabinet for the blades. I think this chopper is small enough to be stored on the counter top, and could be used for everyday cooking. The cord also wraps around the base so it can be stored easily in a cabinet. My only negative opinion is how hard the lid is to open when it is new and you are unsure where to hold when twisting. *I received this product for free [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
