Purchased about 5 months ago. Used ~5 or 6 times before I noticed one of the wires on a beater had disconnected from the beater. It's not very powerful either. I expected more from this brand. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

This mixer had been quite good until yesterday when my wife was making cookies for our son's birthday and noticed a small chip of plastic in one of the cookies. We examined the mixer and noticed that plastic piece into which the mixers insert had chipped off. Fortunately, we think we found all the pieces but it was startling to say the least. We have a Kitchenaid dishwasher and refrigerator so this isn't an indictment of the brand, just our mixer. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

I brought this hand mixer to replace my old one. After renovating my kitchen last year. It is powerful yet easy to handle at any speed. The swivel cord is a nice feature. I absolutely love it (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)
