I downsized from a professional mixer to this smaller model to save space and really didn't need the massive capacity anymore! I was a little nervous because the professional was a great machine!! Boy was I surprised when I first used my new mixer!! It works like a charm! Looks great on my counter and what's best is that my once hard to perfect sweet roll dough was magic to produce!!! I should have changed earlier! I donated my professional to a person with a large family!! Win win!!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
