I have to start by saying, this is my very first kitchenAid stand mixer. I had a very old one, different brand, passed on to me from family, it did its job for a long long time, but it was slowing down and making quite a bit of noise. I knew it as time to buy myself a new one. I did a lot of research on to which one I will be able to trust and hold up to all the mixing, slicing, shredding, pasta noodles, and more for years and years, I mean YEARS to come. This one stand mixer, with all the attachments can basically turn in to just about every single kitchen gadget. I love it, you will absolutely love it too!
