This little guy is sized perfectly for my small kitchen, and fits nicely with my overall aesthetic. I bought a spiralizer attachment, and I've been on a spiralizing spree! I've always had a Kitchenaid stand mixer at home, but when traveling in our Airstream Travel Trailer I missed having it. I didn't realize they had the mini - as soon as I discovered it I ordered it and love it! It's just a petite version but I had no trouble making a cheesecake, mashed potatoes and bread with it. I hate using a hand mixer after being spoiled with my stand mixer so I'm thrilled to have it in my Airstream. I ordered it in silver to match the inside decor of the trailer. Worth every penny! I bought my Mini Mixer a month ago and it has been awesome. For months I couldn't decide if I wanted the mini model. I was afraid that I would have regrets. I must say I got it right !!! I Love it. It's the perfect size and color. The fact that I can lift and handle it with my neck and back problems says alot. I can't say enough about it. You get all the performance of the artisan in the mini artisan and use less counter space. Whether an occasional or regular baker I promise you won't regret this purchase.
